Hot topic has definitely fallen over the years. They have cool stuff, but not as much of a selection anymore. Spencer's is now what Hot Topic was 10 years ago.

Very cool items. Loved the t-shirts and had to laugh at all the popular prints of bands I listened to in the 70s and 80s. Staff were rude and glared at me like I was lost so I decided to buy elsewhere.

The store is great! I wish they had more variety of loungefly. Online Hot Topic sucks! I don't recommend!

Staff was super helpful and there were lots of things I wanted. Some things were a little pricey, but I managed to find some affordable items. The clearance section had some pretty good deals, too.

Always a fun stop. Got all sorts of characters across all genres and types of items of items for each, ranging from socks & clothes to accessories & toys. Guaranteed to find something you like of a character you love!

Very fun store and clean and organized store. The only reason I give 4 stars, not 5, is the few sizes offered in store making online shopping more appealing.

Staff was attentive, helpful, and polite. My 7 yr old loves anime and they helped us find all the cool stuff we wanted.

The kid working was too interested in talking to his group of friends that were just hanging out than help me as a customer when I needed assistance. They all just kind of laughed when I asked a question about a product so I left.

Not really a fan of the changes made over the years. I miss the dark and kringy parts.
