The ambience and service were excellent. My order was ready in a good time, the staff were all smiles from the guy who took my order to the lady who packaged it all. I especially loved the nacho fries and sauce!

I used to work at a taco bell so I know what this one is doing. They are trying to cut food cost by taking yesterday's meat and pouring water into it in the morning to heat it up and in return it loses its flavor. They served me this watered down meat today that had no flavor and made the tacos soggy. I returned them and told them that I know what they did and they said they would remake my order with a new bag of meat. That was a complete lie. All they did the 2nd time was drain the meat more but it still had no flavor at all. I asked for a full refund and will never go to that taco bell again.

I wish I could give zero stars. This has happened multiple times. I don’t ask for much I really don’t but every time I order a Cheese quesadilla it always comes with meat. I haven’t eaten meat in over two years except every time I chose to go to this location and ask for all other veggies items and even on my receipt they see it clearly states cheese quesadilla not chicken. I bit into it the first two times it has happened and after I make sure to check it first but tonight i used Uber eats and it happened. I will no longer support this location because they don’t support my journey of not eating meat. Thanks for making me spend 20+ dollars to ruin my appetite for not the first nor second or even third time. At this point I have to be the insane one.

This was at store #040049 on Annapolis Rd in Lanham, Md. I've never had such a good drive thru experience at any establishment. The gentleman named Oluwanifemi was the epitome of excellent customer service. He should be in a restaurant somewhere racking up huge tips as opposed to a Taco Bell drive thru. Excellent job, young man.

My experience here was wonderful. The food was hot and fresh, the service was quick with no wait in the drive-through. The customer service was excellent. She was very friendly! Excellent service!

I went through the drive thru, got a strawberry freeze, very pleasant staff. Customer service is big with me and there's was good.

The Manager Ms. Janice was extremely polite and fixed an order that door dash messed up without question. I sincerely appreciated her swift action and customer service.

I don't know what other people think, but I am happy with this location. They can do better with the little things, and I can tell that they do try to improve, but I can say that they are on the right path. Good and so cheap that you just need to order more.

Chicken quesadilla went bad. My mother in law picked me up food around 6:40pm from this location on 6/12/23 Monday. The chicken was rotten when I ate a bite or two even let my husband try it he had the same issue. Tried to report to the manager and he gaslight me claiming I was wrong and the chicken was fine. Do not eat chicken from this location. I will be escalating this issue.

From time to time I stop at this Taco Bell for a quick bite to eat. I went through the drive-thru. So far I have been greeted with amazing customer service. Thank you to the gentlemen who took my order and prepared my food during my last visit there. I was even given the specials to help me save a little. I greatly appreciate that.

I live in DC, I came to this location because I was shopping in this area and decided to dine in. Everyone was pleasant including the nice lady that took my order, I can tell that she cares about her customers, she has a beautiful spirit. I would definitely come back again. Kudos

come here late at night usually, they are always nice and never have gotten a wrong order. the guy last time made me fresh potatoes and it was the best ive ever had from a taco bell
