I can't rave enough about Dr. Bradshaw and his staff. From intake with FeLisa to the hygienist Dari to Dr. Bradshaw himself. The entire team is professional, personable, knowledgable and courteous. They take the time to explain what's needed for your appointments and treatment and detail what your insurance will cover. Their office is clean and their approach to dentistry and customer service is proactive. I started coming here almost 4 years ago from a friend's referral and have no complaints.

I had an infection in my tooth and I was told I needed a root canal. Dr Eric Bradshaw saw me on extremely short notice. His bedside manner was exceptional. He told me step by step what to expect. He's restored my faith in positive dental experiences.

I had my first appointment at mint dental with Dr. Kassam today and the hype was real. At minimum, 3 staff made sure I was greeted appropriately, to which I was. The method mint dental goes through to explain a treatment plan is effective and makes you feel taken care of and gives you confidence that your dental needs are taken care of. It’s rare to find medical professionals with bedside manner like the staff at this establishment!

Darianne is prodigious! She does a great job as a hygienist! I walk away feeling amazing! She also educates on dental health and makes value added recommendations.

Like most people, I hate going to the dentist. It’s time consuming, expense, and generally involves a lot of pain. But, not at Mint Dental. The staff are extremely friendly and very professional; particularly my dental hygienist Darry and my dentist Dr. Bradshaw. They both make feel like I’m part of their family. Darry always has a smile on her face. She always make me laugh which definitely makes the experience more pleasurable and the pain earlier to bear.

They called me 12 minutes before my appointment saying they needed to reschedule because the provider was “no longer accepting new patients.” I would understand if they needed to reschedule for illness or an emergency, but this was an absurd reason for a last minute reschedule. This cost me an Uber cancellation fee, plus all the time I spent organizing my schedule to attend this appointment. Super unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. Especially since they would have charged ME a fee if I had canceled last minute! Do not recommend.

Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else. This office was more convenient than my normal dentist so I thought I would give them a try. At my initial visit, they tried multiple times to get me to agree to additional purchases that would have cost hundreds of extra dollars. I declined them all. Or at least I thought I did. It’s now 18 months later and I just got a bill for $130. The bill does not say what it is for. However, the bill does make clear that they will send it to collections if it is not paid. I had to call in to the office to find out that they are charging me for. All of this was for one visit that they assured me was a regular cleaning that would be covered by insurance with no out of pocket cost to me. My new dentist also confirmed that all of the extra stuff they were trying to sell me was unnecessary. Like I said, save yourself money and time and go elsewhere.

I highly recommend Mint Dental for all dental needs. The team members were warm, inviting, and professional. During my most recent visit my 2-year old accompanied me, Dr. Kassam was accommodating and remained patient when he began to cry. She utilized instinct to soothe my son, still concentrate on the task at hand, and treated me within 30 minutes for fillings. Even though it wasn’t the responsibility of the doctor or her two dental assistants they each contributed towards my successful visit. Another team member provided him with a glove balloon that he became fascinated with. I appreciate each of you, and thank you for taking care of my dental needs, and soon my son!

This is an extremely well-run, high quality dental facility. I've never once had to sit in their beautiful waiting room. That's because this office is run like an oiled machine. Really, it's a high quality medical facility that respects my time. It's awesome. The tight ship extends to all areas of the front and back office. Their staff is available by SMS to answer questions and provide information on scheduling, insurance coverage, and more. You can actually talk to someone when you need to. I really like that. Beyond that, and most importantly, the quality of the dental care and advice I've received is outstanding. Owned and run by Howard grads and people of color, Mint makes an effort to hire diverse staff at the pinnacle of their profession. I love seeing the wonderful care provided in this international practice. Dr. Kassam is a self proclaimed tech nerd (I may be taking liberties with the phrasing). This means that she and her partner have invested in high quality digital equipment with AI features that enable them to provide state of the art dental care. For example, x-rays are digital, and I can see on a screen a comparison of last year's x-rays against this years. AI suggests areas where microcavities could be beginning to form. This is advantageous to me as the patient because the dentist is able to suggest targeted preventative care, exactly where and how my teeth it. Did you know that you can rebuild tooth enamel to prevent weakened areas from actually decaying? I didn't until Dr. Kassam educated me. I highly recommend this practice.

The staff have always been friendly and professional both over the phone and in person. They’re very attentive, always check in throughout your procedure(s) on how you’re feeling, and always thorough on costs/treatment plans. I would definitely recommend giving them an opportunity.

I've been with Mint Dental for over 5 years and I'm not going anywhere. They have one the warmest and friendliest staffs that you can find. They've shown great professionalism, done thorough dental work and provided excellent consultation. I consider them to be more than a Dental Office.
