😠 Rene is the rudest person I have ever met. I go in with my younger sister(who lives with me) and I have my service dog with me. Rene kicks me and my dog out of the office and threatens to call the police on us. Even after I informed her she would be breaking federal law if she kicked a service dog o... Absolutely terrible. This place has inconvenient hours, rude staff, and will be sure to stick you as much as they can if you need so much as a referral. I was unfortunate enough to have been assigned this place as my primary physician, and will be sure to make a call to my insurance company to switch it promptly. I simply needed a referral to check a lump on a private region, and had to jump through multiple hoops to even see the head nurse practitioner, Renee Willer. After that fiasco, my financial situation plummeted, and I had neither the time nor the money to undergo the procedures to get my lump checked out. When tides began to settle around 6 months later, I was rudely told that my referral was no longer accepted, and I would have to come in for another. After the interrogation of the practitioner as to why I had not gotten an ultrasound occurred, she gave me yet another referral and seemed rather annoyed that she had to see me again. It took no more than 5 minutes for this interaction, and I was charged upwards of $100. Jesus, I wish I made that kind of money for 5 minutes of my time. The Ultrasound itself was the most time-consuming and useful aspect, and that was a reasonable $30! Let me ask you Renee, do you honestly think you deserve to be making $1,200 an hour??? That's more than I make in a month, and I at least treat my clients with respect. I will not be returning.

Rene is the rudest person I have ever met. I go in with my younger sister(who lives with me) and I have my service dog with me. Rene kicks me and my dog out of the office and threatens to call the police on us. Even after I informed her she would be breaking federal law if she kicked a service dog out of her office. I called ahead of time to inform her office I had a service dog with me and they had said that was fine. She later looked up the law and called and said she was sorry, but that I should have been more clear about what my dog was for and I was harassing her by refusing to leave and risking her safety by have my dog in the office. I went to her for two years and she knew about my disability that required a service dog and still treated me with disrespect.

Renee needs to manage her rude staff and make sure her work and her staffs work is 100% complete. After being treated very rudely by Brandi on several occasions I decided to bring it to Renee's attention. Only to be told "Brandi is one of the nicest people I know'!, she may be nice to Renee but not to her patients (customers)! This is not an isolated incidence and from my understanding there are patients that hang up when Brandi answers the phone. One of my refills were called in incorrectly, I called the office upset, for it to only escalate after Brandi's remark of "you should check your medications when you pick them up"! Don't blame your error on someone else. My last visit recently Renee said she needed to get blood test done for my medication refills, which originally I was going to do but after our discussion on how her office has treated me, I said I would have to return for the blood test. The last straw was Renee slamming the door as I was existing the medical building. What a violent act. How can Renee manage her office staff when she can't control her self. When one of your patients comes to you about your staff maybe try listening next time instead of slamming doors!!! Kyle, has nothing to do with "not being able to be pleased", has everything to be treated in a professional manner. I did not criticize your review. Respect the right to everyone having an opinion.

Canceled my appointment on a Sunday with nobody in the office, so i left a Voicemail. Got a fee for canceling my appt less than 24hrs in advance (maybe 23.5?) When nobody was in the office regardless. So of course they sent that late fee to collections. And All this AFTER telling my fiance she needs to see another Dr because she's out of her realm of help lol. Idk about you, but any "professional" that's willing to get you for any fee, or tell their customers to find another doctor, AFTER CHARGING THEM, isn't one I'm trusting with my family or health. And according to alot of reviews, this place has had their issues with attitude or ethics for a while. They knew mine and my family's hardship and took advantage of it. NOTE: this has been a little over a year since my encounter, but I wanted to leave the review based on me hearing more people having issues. Hope it helps

This office is nothing but unprofessional. I was sent to collections for a bill I didn’t even know about until a year later! AND it was sent to the wrong address! The staff is rude, and every time I go in the doctor has to look up my symptoms to see what’s wrong with me. I could’ve done that! Next time, before sending your patients to collections, maybe you can call them! Unbelievable.

Never had a problem with rudeness in this office. I've been going to Renee for years now and she might get a little stern if you're being stubborn about listening but that's because she actually care about her patients.

Rene was able to tell me my gallbladder wasn’t working within minutes. When I went to the ER a few days before they told me I had anxiety…. Thankfully she caught it and was able to get me in for a scan to get it removed.

Renee and her staff have been amazing for my family. So much so that I have chosen her over my kids former pediatrician after using her for a second opinion last year. Renee really listens to you and is compassionate....she does what needs to be done to help my family get and stay well! Thank you Hometown family medicine!
