Renee
needs
to
manage
her
rude
staff
and
make
sure
her
work
and
her
staffs
work
is
100%
complete.
After
being
treated
very
rudely
by
Brandi
on
several
occasions
I
decided
to
bring
it
to
Renee's
attention.
Only
to
be
told
"Brandi
is
one
of
the
nicest
people
I
know'!,
she
may
be
nice
to
Renee
but
not
to
her
patients
(customers)!
This
is
not
an
isolated
incidence
and
from
my
understanding
there
are
patients
that
hang
up
when
Brandi
answers
the
phone.
One
of
my
refills
were
called
in
incorrectly,
I
called
the
office
upset,
for
it
to
only
escalate
after
Brandi's
remark
of
"you
should
check
your
medications
when
you
pick
them
up"!
Don't
blame
your
error
on
someone
else.
My
last
visit
recently
Renee
said
she
needed
to
get
blood
test
done
for
my
medication
refills,
which
originally
I
was
going
to
do
but
after
our
discussion
on
how
her
office
has
treated
me,
I
said
I
would
have
to
return
for
the
blood
test.
The
last
straw
was
Renee
slamming
the
door
as
I
was
existing
the
medical
building.
What
a
violent
act.
How
can
Renee
manage
her
office
staff
when
she
can't
control
her
self.
When
one
of
your
patients
comes
to
you
about
your
staff
maybe
try
listening
next
time
instead
of
slamming
doors!!!
Kyle,
has
nothing
to
do
with
"not
being
able
to
be
pleased",
has
everything
to
be
treated
in
a
professional
manner.
