Order about 45 minutes before so I would not have to wait, but when I got there that was when they put the pizza in the oven so ended up being their for 20 minutes. Not a big deal I guess, but when I order the option of 3 times the amount of the topping, I instead got what I expected to be the regular amoint option for the topping... I would like to try coming again and ordering what I ordered just to see if it was a fluke, but honestly at this point there is a similar option at little Cesar's that is an extra $1

th This is the second time I've eaten at a Marcos location. Not too bad ...I ordered through my phone browser which gave me a lot more ordering options and having it cooked to well-done was a good choice. I also did not recall that they cut it in squares which I actually prefer. They were generous with the toppings and the toppings were very fresh. While the crust was crisp it was a little bit mushy and honestly it kind of really minded me of dominoes just a very basic delivery pizza. Additionally the sauce just seemed like something was missing very Bland not much flavor to it. So overall everything was average. The staff at the store was very nice it was ready when I walked in the door within about 10 minutes so as far as customer service goes they did a great job.

If zero stars were an option, I'd definitely rate this place ZERO. Because of the yummy commercials of MIKE'S HOT HONEY MAGNIFICO, And to add salt to my wound, I ordered Cinnasquares. Should be called CINNA-NOTS!!! I called to talk to the Mgr & was told there wasn't any, and it was 6:30ish, dinnertime. Talked to a Maria, & she barely spoke English, and wouldn't take any of my info, for the Mgr to call me. But no go. Called a 2nd time, talked to a young man, same story. No refund, no remake, ZERO! SO, if you're thinking of trying this place, I have one word ***DON'T **** Hopefully, my loss will help others to save their $$$ and go elsewhere. Tomorrow I'm calling Marco's Corp Office. Inaccurate toppings and the pizza was cold to the touch. The box was brought inside within seconds after the driver knocked. This pie had to have been sitting at the location far too long to have gotten as cold as the milk in the fridge.

Every time I’ve been here over the last few years it is a pleasant experience, whether I pick up or get delivery. Fast, friendly, correct order and tastes fresh and the pizza is loaded with toppings. One time I placed a delivery order in advance earlier one day and they called to let me know the status and that they didn’t want to make them too early but then got a little busy and short handed and they were gonna be 5-10 min late from the time I had put down. That’s incredible, I was already prepared for a 30 minute window on a delivery order. It was just above and beyond. I’m a big foodie and I go to a lot of restaurants, most of them far more glamorous than a pizza chain, but this location especially has great. quality and service.

NEVER GOT MY PIZZA! This has never happened to me with any pizza company in my decades of pizza ordering lol I was excited to use their online tool, and received 8 updates as my pizza was allegedly being prepared and out for delivery, however I never once received a call nor did I ever get my pizza. Called the company all night and the next day and never got through. Finally got through a week later and was told the manager was the only one who could resolve my issue and that he would be in in the morning the next day. They took my number and when he hadn’t called by afternoon, I called again. I was told by another associate that he was not in but that she would text him and he should call me the next day, so I left my number again. He didn’t. The order was made on November 6th and today is November 19th. Had to get the money back from the bank. Sad. Hope others aren’t having this same experience.

This pizza shop sold me a Hot Honey Magnifico large pie WHICH WAS NOT ALL THAT IT IS SUPPOSE TO BE. ALSO i ordered asmall Cinna Square that was consisted of pizz dough with a sprinkle of cinnammon No not worth it at all. When i called i was told a manager was not on board : ABig fat lie. Refused to refund and or repeat to make another I do not recemend to purches from this pizza shop MARCOS. YUK

Pizza was trash, could have been better. Barely came with any pepperonis nothing was Magnifico about it.
