    The best Starbucks ever. Staff are just too kind and working hard to make you happy. Never had one single issues in a hundred times. Quite a large seating and outdoor patio too. Drive-thru works perfect as well. Great place for Zoom-ing and meet ups.

    I don’t usually like to complain and I don’t like to cause issues because I know the baristas have a really hard job and work hard. But today I watched the blonde girl who was supposed to be making my drink chatting with someone, distracted, and she was standing there not even making the drinks. Everyone before me had been served and my drink was late. Which is all fine. I very gently went up to the register and asked about my drink. This other short haired barista started yelling and saying they were going in order and that I just had to be patient. They kept yelling “we’re going in order”. It was super rude and incorrect and it made me upset because I literally saw the girl talking and that’s why I had to wait longer. Again, it’s all fine, it just really wasn’t a good experience to be hollered and yelled at.

    Jack helped me at the drive thru. Had a monstrous Monday and needed ALL the caramel today! Jack is such a refreshing upbeat happy person! 💜💜💜 The drink was amazing and Jack really made my day! Thank you keep being FABULOUS 💜✨🦋

    I don’t recommend anyone coming to this location as the customer service here is terrible. I usually come in ordering food or drinks but since it’s been cold outside, I’ve been ordering a cup of hot water to go. The manager or lead, whoever she is higher up, yelled at me stating that I can’t “make food inside” when I simply told her that it’s just supplements. She assumed that I’m making food when all I’m doing is mixing my supplements together. First of all, I don’t bring outside food into a public place and instead of assuming, why don’t you ask what do I make at the table? I’ve always asked for water at a lot of Starbucks, AND never had any issues. Why does it matter what I’m doing if it’s not disturbing anyone? She should be more concerned about the store, and making sure orders are complete. This is also the same person who yells at her employees behind the counter especially when they are busy. If Starbucks has an issue with giving out hot water then that’s fine but I’m not doing anything to anyone while I’m at the coffee shop. I’ve been a loyal customer for years but I will not return to a location where a manager has an issue with what I’m doing at the table. Assuming things get you nowhere in life. But besides this, I wouldn’t recommend this location. There’s always an issue here between customer service, lobby being closed at times, short staffed, overhearing that customer’s orders are made wrong, etc. Save yourself and just go to the next Starbucks location.

    Just picked up 3 chocolate croissants for the family. Definitely the worst quality I’ve experienced from this location. These croissants are clearly expired and should not have been served. Weird texture, discoloration of chocolate, just bad.

    Friendly morning staff during the week, especially the young man working drive thru!, but there is no consistency to the drinks. They make them different almost every day and I’m constantly having to get drinks remade causing excess waste and money lost for the company. Let’s do better team.

    Poor service and unwelcoming environment. No customer connection when I entered this location for myself nor the others there. Would not return but this is the ✨closest✨ Starbucks to my apartment. 0 of Ten. Store Manager and Shift Leads, do better when training.

    Ordered my trenti mango dragonfruit refresher on the mobile app at 3:08. Didn't get it in hand until 3:23. Which is fine, the wait could've been a result of a million things. What is not alright is the drink tasting like 80% cranberry or white grape juice. Not so heavy on the juice next time, please.
