I’m giving this a 2 because of the service and the cleanliness of the establishment. Was perfect. 13$ for a bacon cheese burger is insane from a fast food place like this. The flavor is ok. The Fries are undercooked and spongy. You can get the same thing At Culver’s for half price, and that’s the whole meal! I’m a burger freak. I review them at many bars and fast food. This was a 4. The bun was soaked in grease. Was not finished! I won’t be back

I visited again today 11/25/2023 and the food is still totally awesome as always!! I love thier new location!! Check out the new photos I've added.... they clearly show the "Putin price hike ". It once was roughly $10-$15 per person and now it's more like $15-$20 per person. Still worth every penny ❤ but I don't have very many pennies left :( Five Guys Burgers and Fries are always a dependable and predictable place to eat! My wife has gluten allergies so she loves the lettuce wrapped burgers. The 🍟 are fresh cut daily and cooked in 🥜 oil!!! Free peanuts!!! The price is, as always, slightly high but it's so worth it. It's not Fast Food but it's sure is fast!! Just wait for them to yell out your patty quantity!! Great service, awesome food. Thank you all.

So over priced! 2 hamburgers burgers, 1 regular size fries, 1 large drink and about $35. This expect to tip when there is not a wait staff. Burgers were dry and wrong toppings on mine. The buns were soggy.The fries were sad and disgusting wet noodles of fries. It’s been a minute since I have been there. I always enjoyed the food. New location, bad food. I only right good reviews typically . However, this needed to be noted. Don’t plan on going back either.

The lady that took our order was not friendly at all. I counted 7 employees and not one of them were cleaning. The dinning room was gross and not one table was clean and the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. They got my order wrong,,my husband ordered mushrooms on his burger and I didn't but they gave them to me,,so I just picked them off. I never send food back I don't trust anyone not to do something to it if you send it back. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is the food was good and the fries were hot.

My favorite burger chain. Fresh cut fries cooked in peanut oil. Yum. This one does ever well. I get the fries done well and they are perfectly crisp. But I wish they offered shakes like some locations do.

The food is always great here. The burger is cooked perfectly. There is never a shortage of fries. I only stop eating the fries when I run out of fries no matter the size I order.

Food was okay. Definitely the burgers were tasty but quite greasy. Personally I didn't like the French fries. They were too soggy and salty, but my two guests did like them. I suppose it depends on your taste. For soft drinks the have an huge variety of Coca-Cola products. I'm sure that one could find something for there liking. They do not offer meal deals. So everything cost more. For a burger, small fry, and drink was $15. So for a date it would be about $30 and probably $50 for a small family. I would suggest getting just a burger and drinking water. Either skip the fries altogether or share a large fry amongst friends. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. They play old rock n roll. Overall not a bad place but I wouldn't recommend it for a sit down experience. It's probably better to carry out. Praise the Lord for his goodness. Thank you Jesus. Amen.

This place has awesome food and the price was great! I ordered the regular fry and I thought it was an extra large!! If you are looking for a burger or a hotdogs, this is the place to come eat. The service was amazing.

The prices have gotten stupid here. $26 for a bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a Coke. Take your money to a local place and get better food and better portions for less $. There's literally no reason to eat here unless you like wasting money.

I usually enjoy their food. Burger quality is good as always. But last time I ordered to go. Paid $6 dollars for fries and literally got little more than the cup. Very disappointed.

It had been awhile. Honestly though many of these stores had closed including this one. Not the case. Definitely open for business. Five Guys hamburgers are awesome. It was great. A very good burger. Like everything else though, there have been some price increases...

This is the best Burger chain in Rockford pierockford. Their food is amazing and they don't Skimp on the French fries. Every time I have went here there the staff was very polite be polite and nice. Burgers taste like no one else's. Is the very clean atmosphere and feels like a old school diner theme. This is my go to place if I would like a fast good Burger. I can't wait till they open other locations around the Rockford area.

May 5th Friday night I walk in and place my order and only receive 80 percent of my food plus the burger buns where soggy wet and the fries where not seasoned. I Liked this place better when they at least had one employee that knew how to be a leader and double check order

Wow. By far worst 5 guys I been to.. waited 20 mins for terrible service.. for take out. Then get home from paying 33 bucks for burger n 2 fries. What happen to extra fry or at least good serving. 7 buck for LG n get this

Prices are crazy. Grilled cheese was size of a donut. Burgers taste good but not worth $10/$12. Will not visit again. Everything is separate prices.

Charly's burger in Chicago is the best burger hands down. If you don't believe me read the reviews. But driving 70 miles, from Rochelle to Chicago, just for dinner isn't always reasonable. $50 for food plus $30 in gas and tolls. I needed to find a closer killer burger. I had Five Guys once back in the day and didn't remember how I liked it. We went to Five Guys in Rockford last week. Initially I was shocked to see the bacon cheeseburger cost $12. Once I opened it and tasted it I instantly realized why it cost what it did. It was huge and fresh. It was extremely delicious. The Cajun fries had way too much seasoning. Next time I'll just get regular fries. I also wish they had cheese for their fries. Cheese fries > fries any day of the week. I also like how Five Guys has so many options for burger toppings. Anything you like, they have.

People were super nice. $6.19 grilled cheese? A hamburger bun with top cut off and grilled with cheese?? Not good!!! Over priced. $10.39 for a bacon grilled cheese burger, no fries or drink? Super over priced.

Burgers and fries always are top notch here. Due to inflation i only visit about every 2 weeks or so. But the food is and always has hit the spot! Prices hurt and make my wallet cry. But its nice to treat yourself every now and again.

The burgers and OMG, the fries were all awesome, topped off with a Peach Fanta, heaven... A bit on the pricey side, $40 for two of us but you get what you pay for. Not an everyday spot, but when you got that craving, it'll definitely hit da spot...

If I could leave 100 stars, I would! This team of people here were sadly understaffed, but that did not stop them from delivering some great service and some amazing food! Everyone was so friendly and polite, and I couldn't get enough of the burger I ate! ☺️ Highly recommend stopping in, grabbing a bite, and tipping these amazing folks for such great service!

Always enjoy Five Guys. It's a staple for our lunch stops on long trips with the Scout Troop. The folks who worked at this one in Rockford were especially great though. Won't hesitate to stop here anytime we're passing through the area.

Great tasting burger and fries. Bit pricey for a burger. Was disappointed in that the only drinks they had were HiC products.
