I wish I could give more stars, Ultimate Entertainment was phenomenal from the first email conversations all the way through the last song of our wedding reception! Andrew Kruse was our DJ, and he did an absolutely wonderful job. He was friendly, professional, and everything went smoothly. Not to mention the sound quality and mixing of the music was awesome. Andrew kept the dance floor upbeat and lively all night; we had lots of compliments on how fun our reception was! Throughout the entire process, Sean and Andrew were both responsive, they answered all my questions and went through the event plans thoroughly. The UE online portal was also extremely helpful for planning, I don't know what I would've done without it! I would absolutely recommend this DJ service. You can tell Sean and his team are passionate about their jobs and they give very quality work. If you're searching for a DJ, look no further than Ultimate Entertainment!

Communication was perfect throughout the whole process Online planning went well Dinner and cocktail music was PERFECT!! Sam was professional, cordial, and friendly! Communication was great from Sean throughout the whole process. The day of our wedding expectations were definitely not there. Our dj was switched multiple times and on the day of is when we found out who he was. He definitely didnt make us feel like he was experienced. Music choices after cocktail hour were not good. He didn't have the updated timeline I had, which through things off the whole time. A lot of songs on our Playlist weren't played. Just wasn't what I was expecting. Maybe it was just my wedding.

My husband and I were fortunate to get to work with Andrew Kruse and Sean with Ultimate Entertainment for our wedding reception on 11/10/2023. Ultimate Entertainment's communication throughout the planning process was top notch. There was never any question that the DJ would know exactly what we wanted for the day of in terms of timeline and special song requests. The online planning portal was well organized, easy to use, and took one thing off our plate. Our DJ, Andrew Kruse, was spectacular! We told him we wanted a lively dance floor and for people to stay late at our wedding reception (because they were having such a good time) and that was exactly what we got! He was fun, friendly, played the best songs, but was also great at keeping the night on time and lining people up when needed. His professionalism was equally as appreciated as his ability to play great music! We would without a doubt hire Andrew and Ultimate Entertainment again and would recommend them to any of our friends and family.

We had Caitlin as our wedding DJ, she was super friendly and professional, communicating was great with her. Music played was very average, yes some of our request were played but the music in general was mediocre with loud scratches occurring. Some requests were denied in favor of the set playlist

Helped with everything we needed and asked all the necessary questions to make sure everything was right. He took last minute changes and never missed a beat. Did Josh Brown play requests? Yes and he also didn't play songs that were requested that would be offensive which was a good save. Please add any comments, good or bad. Josh exceeded expectations. Everyone was happy and had a good time. No complaints!

I highly recommend Ultimate Entertainment for any event! Sean was so helpful leading up to the big day! It can be overwhelming planning a wedding but I knew that I could fall back on Sean if I needed help with timelines or vendor recommendations. He was very responsive as well so I never had to wait around for answers! Corey was absolutely awesome and kept all of our guests on the dance floor! He played the right songs at the right time and definitely went above and beyond! My husband and I were definitely all over the place that day but Corey always tracked us down to keep us on schedule. 100/10 recommend Corey and Ultimate Entertainment!

Sean and Holly have been outstanding throughout our entire wedding process. We looked at several different DJ's before deciding on Ultimate Entertainment. From the first phone call I had with Sean, I trusted that they were going to make my wedding day amazing. Their online portal was extremely helpful and made planning a lot less stressful. They both were extremely professional and followed through on each request that we had. Holly was amazing. She made the reception flow perfectly and kept the energy going even when people started to leave. We couldn't say enough great things about Ultimate Entertainment.

I am so happy I went with Ultimate Entertainment as our wedding DJ! My experience working with them was nothing but incredible from the very start. Sean was our initial contact and Mike was our DJ. They are true professionals and I am so thankful to have had them be a part of our wedding day. Having Mike DJ our wedding was an absolute pleasure. From the beginning, he was in regular contact with me, helping me choose songs, come up with ideas, and getting to know me so that he could cater the day to my every want or need. I struggled with choosing songs for certain parts of the day and he gave me a bunch of ideas to listen to and choose from. He also helped me come up with the idea to give my parents their first dance because they never had one at their own wedding. On the day of the event he checked in with me regularly to make sure I was happy with the music selection, the order of events, and just everything going on throughout the day. He made me feel so comfortable and confident that everything was taken care of. We had an absolute blast throughout the day. The music he played was perfect, my guests loved talking to him, and he made sure to play everyone's requests. There was one thing he did though that truly went above and beyond to make the day so special. I had set up a video guest book for guests to record a message for us. During the reception, I checked the camera and saw that nobody had recorded us a video. I was very sad about this and went to Mike and asked if he could make an announcement asking people to use the video guest book and record us a video. Instead of simply making an announcement, he brought the camera around to every single table and helped people start and stop the recording. I had no idea he did this until I went home and watched the recordings and saw that he was giving the camera to each table and heard him in the background talking to someone about which tables had gone and which tables still needed the camera. This meant so much to me, I cannot even express how grateful I am to him for doing that. These are videos that I will cherish forever and I have them because Mike took the initiative to make sure that everyone at the wedding did one. Mike did so much more than just play music. He made the day run so smoothly and made it such a special day for us.

Ultimate Entertainment was absolutely AMAZING! The emails helped me plan everything so well and helped me with different reminders which was appreciated when so many things happened at once. I enjoyed the online planning because I felt like it kept me organized and helped me be able to look back and see what still needed to be done or what was completed already. The dinner and cocktail music was perfect! Mike knew exactly what we wanted and needed! Mike was EVERYTHING a DJ could be! He was friendly, social, sweet and just over all amazing! He always asked if we needed anything kept us updated with how everything was going and made sure everyone had so much fun! He truly knows how to work a crowd! He played requests and made sure music from all ages played for all of our guests. He kept in contact with us through it all and was so hopeful with all of my questions and concerns. I just wanted to say a very big thank you to you guys and especially Mike for just being amazing! He made the wedding soo enjoyable! I would love for you to use my comments and whatever you needed to help spread the word of how amazing you guys are! You guys are so easy to work with and truly make planning very easy! My mom said that Mike fit in and acted like he was just another part of our family which is the best way someone could be on such a stressful day and will always remember BeardFace! Haha
