    Paid $3 extra on BOTH bowls for extra meatballs, and they literally added 4 extra to ONE bowl. What kind of poorly managed place is this. Taking advantage of any repeat customer by being lazy with the simplest orders. My advice, check your food inside before you leave. It’ll be wrong.

    $25 and some change for two tiny "large" bowls of noodles. The price is way too high for how much you actually get. I just don't see how they could have many repeat customers that are financially conscious. This is a one and done restaurant for me, despite it being a chain in many areas. I also thought it was ironic how they use paper straws, but then give you plastic dishes to throw away. The only restaurants I've seen use paper straws are restaurants that are trying to be environmentally friendly or at least project that image onto consumers.

    Our order was supposed to be ready at 7:12pm. We did not receive our food until 7:35pm. Everyone was goofing off except for one cook trying her hardest to push out orders. 3 cooks and only 1 was truly working. One of our meals was made incorrectly. They asked for it to be made again. After 10 minutes of it not being made, the man at the front asked the cooks to make it again. The cook said “Oh, I forgot.” Another 5 minutes goes by and they had to ask her for it again. We went to ask for a refund after waiting so long. We were told it would take 24 hours. We asked if there was anyway to get a cash refund. We were told that was not possible. The man, who I’d assume was the cashier, then threatened to call the police and escort us off the premises for simply asking. He then said “You can only get your food or get out.” He would not process the refund. He started repeating “The customer ain’t always right” while grabbing the phone and dialing. He started cussing at us while waiting for the phone to ring. The man stated, “I bet with your privilege you think you can always act this way.” We arrived home and we’re missing the garlic bread and extra noodles that were ordered. We will never be visiting this store again after being treated this way. There is absolutely no reason for an employee to be cussing at customers and calling the cops for simply asking for a refund.

    Horrible experience. Waited 50 minutes IN THE RESTAURANT for our food. We were there right at 11:00. Didn’t get food until 11:50. Horrible establishment. WOW.

    I love the food here, and also love my job! Ive been a sauté cook here for about 6 months and I couldn’t imagine working anywhere else. If you want fresh delicious food, this is the place to go!

    Food is just okay compared to what it used to be for this company. They also got rid of a lot of good items like the tomato soup. Order is almost never right and they use way too much packaging for to go orders. When ordering pasta to go they don't even toss the sauce into the pasta anymore (hence the extra plastic packaging) which you then have to do yourself and does not mix into the pasta correctly. Quite wasteful.

    Great food here at this location! Service is good and the food is made to order fresh. It's a good old spin on macaroni and cheese! Highly recommend this place for lunch or work meetings.

    Ordered lunch through Doordash and got the Japanese Pan noodles. I ordered it with marinated steak, and no carrots. They failed to add the steak but still charged me for it. They also failed to remove the carrots. Order was completely wrong.

    I pre-ordered online. It was hot, fresh and delish. We ordered two chicken Alfredo but the chicken was a tad over cooked. It overall was good.

    I used to love dining at Noodles and Company at the Peoria location. The food was always fresh, cooled right and perfectly balanced. Also the staff was always friendly, accommodating and efficient. I ordered two meals today and my statement above is no longer accurate. The previous staff and management is no longer there and it shows. The food was ready quickly, however, the chicken was burnt to black and dry and noodles were overcooked. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. What a shame, It was one of my favorite places for lunch.

    Charged us for extra chicken when it wasn’t asked for. We did ask to remove tomatoes and mushrooms from the dish but that wasn’t removed on the order had to go back up to confirm it would be removed. And no one there can understand what is wrong and why we said we were charged too much (to double the Parmesan chicken). Wasn’t given a number, the kids dessert or our drink cups. Horrible service.

    Clean store, friendly staff. 3 orders in and they got them right out to us. Very good experience from caring well trained employees Update, could be cleaner, sidewalk, entrance and stoop were filthy. Staff seemed a little lost. The server that brought our food out couldn't decide which table it was for. There was only our table and one other. I ordered buffalo chicken Mac and cheese. It was SO SALTY I could hardly eat it, should have sent it back but ate it anyway. If there is a next time I will send it back my blood pressure is high enough.

    The food took 30 minutes, we eventually had to ask and they had forgotten about our food. It finally arrived clearly rushed and not hot. There was barely any chicken on the Mac and cheese, it was the equivalent of a single chicken nugget and it was burnt. Poor and unapologetic slow service. And it was 31 dollars for the worst experience of my life

    I ordered some mac & cheese. If you like yours on the cool side so that it is cold before you are 1/2 way through it then this is the place to go. The flavor was good but I prefer my mac & Cheese hot/warm. We also ordered cheesy garlic bread, which they brought out early so it would not get cold "sitting there". We wanted it with the meal. So now I wonder where my Mac & Cheese sat. Additionally, there was no ice for the pop machine. And a personal preference I HATE paper straws.

    Buffalo chicken Mac n cheese with parmesan and green onion. It was really good, nice little kick to it. I think grilled chicken chunks would be better in this dish tho but that's my opinion.

    On 09/30/2022 I ordered Lo Mein with no veggies or meat and clearly the cashier marked the ticket very clearly and also stated on the ticket peanut allergies. This was at the 4712 N University St, Peoria, IL 61614 location. I received Grilled Orange Chicken Lo Mein. I will never go back. The cooks clearly can't read.

    First trip here, my family and I actually enjoyed it more than we thought we would. The pasta was al dente, the veggie were fresh and everything was cooked to order. The regular size is enough for a large apatite or enough to save for lunch the next day. The small size is a more one time meal size. Family votes that we're all up for trying some menu items from Noodles and Company

    Ordered for online to-go, my order said it’s was going to be ready by 6:08pm and now here it is 6:23pm.There’s no way an online order should be taking this long. I asked “was my order ready?” And was told “they’re waiting on my chicken”. At 6:26pm I finally received my Caesar Chicken Salad, when I’d checked my food I was impressed and very satisfied with the presentation of my chicken, ranch and greens.

    I typically love noodles but this branch has been going downhill. Their salad is gritty so I think they don’t wash it and when you order a full size portion I think they put a half size portion in that big bowl really shorting the customer. I really want to like this place but I have a feeling there is no owner operator on premises keeping an eye on things. I give three stars for speed and taste. I think they might need to pay their employees more too because there’s always a different person at the register and They typically have no idea what they’re doing.
