I
am
very
upset
and
WARNING
anyone
who
is
looking
for
a
HONEST
review.
I
don't
normally
make
appt.
rarely
are
they're
negative.
But
this
one
will
be.
The
hairdresser
Hanna
was
nice,
so
this
isn't
against
her
personally.
This
is
about
the
new
policy
they
have
there
and
her
less
than
Par
quality
of
work.
Hanna
started
out
by
washing
and
conditioning
my
hair
like
normal
then
walked
me
back
to
her
station.
She
trimmed
the
bottom
on
the
back
of
my
head
atraight
across.
Never
touch
my
long
layers
or
sides.
She
didnt
trim
any
of
my
front
from
crown
to
forehead.
To
my
dismay,
she
took
ONLY
6
minutes
to
give
me
a
trim!
6
MINUTES!
I
so
happened
to
be
watching
the
time
because
I
wanted
to
stay
on
track
to
do
the
rest
of
my
errands
afterward.
Because
I
have
shoulder
length
SUPER
THICK
hair,
it
normally
takes
a
good
half
hour
or
so
to
get
a
trim.
Oh
and
I
dont
want
to
forget,
she
began
with
spraying
3
pumps
of
some
product
on
the
back
of
my
head
too
(im
sure
she
has
to
buy
her
products
used
on
clients
since
most
salons
work
that
way,
so
the
less
used
the
longer
it
lasts-IMO).
As
expected,
it
did
ABSOLUTELY
NOTHING
and
it
was
SUPER
frizzy
an
hour
later
which
never
happens
when
you
add
hair
oil
or
defrizz
cream
while
it's
wet.
We
had
literally
talked
about
how
severely
dry
my
hair
is,
and
in
order
to
make
it
look
good,
I
always
use
some
hair
oil.
and
how
much
of
it.
Also,
I
had
said
I
didn't
want
a
blowdry
or
style
but
expected
she'd
put
hair
oil
or
tonic
in
my
hair.
When
she
finished,
she
stood
behind
me.
I
looked
up
from
reading
and,
with
shock
in
my
tone,
asked
her,
"You're
all
done???"
and
she
proudly
nodded
her
head
YES!
SO,
all
said
and
done,
she
worked
on
my
hair
21
minutes
from
putting
the
cape
on
me
to
taking
it
off
at
the
end.
Oh
and
there
was
no
one
waiting
for
a
haircut
so
she
didn't
have
a
rush
by
any
means.
Plus,
she
stopped
several
times
to
use
her
hands
while
talking
so
subtract
that
time
also.
She
barely
did
a
thing
for
me
yet
charged
me
$40
+tax,
which
is
on
the
very
high-end
in
our
small
town.
Also,,
ITS
MY
FAULT,
I
missed
my
1st
appointment
the
previous
day,
which
was
the
1st
one
ever
missed,
and
she
CHARGED
me
$43
vs.
$40
for
that
since
the
other
stylist
is
higher
up
the
totempole
she
said!
What
REALLY
UPSETS
ME
is
that
she
didn't
say
a
word
about
being
double
charged
until
I
was
all
done
and
about
to
pay
for
my
trim.
The
business
could
have
let
the
1st
missed
one
go
as
a
courtesy
and
told
me
of
this
new
rule
if
there
was
a
next
time.
Moreover,
Hanna
should
have
told
me
BEFORE
I
had
my
trim
that
I'd
need
to
fork
up
$85.
With
the
economy
the
way
it
is
and
the
outrageous
costs
on
everything,
I
don't
have
extra
spending
money
and
I
couldn't
afford
both
yesterday.
If
I
had
known,
I
would
have
waited
for
this
2nd
appointment
for
a
few
weeks
to
spread
put
the
cost.
She
was
being
SNEAKY
and
knew
exactly
what
she
was
doing.
She
knew
there'd
be
a
big
chance
I'd
say
I
wanted
to
wait
a
bit.
My
hair
didn't
even
need
a
trim,
but
I
was
scheduled
for
it
many
weeks
prior
and
needed
to
fulfill
my
appointment.
I
am
going
there
to
speak
to
the
owner
about
what
all
transpired.
I
have
no
idea
how
or
if
something
will
change.
SO,
At
this
point
in
time,
I
won't
be
going
there
any
longer
and
won't
recommend
goim
them
to
friends,
family,
or
strangers
who
may
be
new
to
town.
I
didn't
know
they
had
a
missed
appointment
rule
in
effect
and
will
wait
until
you
already
have
the
current
service
done
and
are
at
the
counter
to
pay.
Also,
because
she
charged
me
$40
(plus
I
gave
a
$10
tip!)
when
she
clearly
didn't
even
give
me
a
full
head
trim,
nor
had
to
blowdry
and
style
my
hair!!
Once
she
charged
me
for
missed
appointment,
she
could
have
lowered
her
own
price
by
HALF,
since
she
did
HALF
the
work
as
normal.
My
hair
takes
about
20
minutes
to
fully
dry,
then
to
style
it
add
another
15-20
minutes.
She
took
20
minutes
start
to
finish
for
my
appointment,
when
normally
it
would
have
taken
and
HOUR
and
15
minutes
give
or
take.
Also,
I
purchased
two
items
from
their
new
makeup
line
after
she
showed
me
on
my
hand.
I'm
returning
it
all.
