After my first review, I'm leaving another one today. I guess I came back here today for the first time in almost two years, and nothing has changed yet! The food was excellent, and the staff is still super kind and friendly! Even though the first order went wrong partly due to my fault, -because of the mask, it became more difficult for me to enunciate and help others understand me- Tommy and the other, super kind employee (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) offered me free noodles (Korean Spicy BBQ Noodles). And without him, I could never have been able to get my food tonight because it was my first time to use Apple Pay, and he kindly taught me how to do it! THANK YOU!! The food was great! The owner and the staff were super kind and friendly! I had Korean dish from the menu which I was doubtful at first, but it was far better than I expected. The owner listened to me very carefully and never hesitated to welcome my opinion about the menu. He seemed to be ready and willing to listen to all of his customers’ opinions about his business. My son swiftly ate up the meatball spaghetti and asked for another. When I went back to the counter, they gave me one more on the house after hearing my regrets that I should have ordered the bigger one in the first place. I would really like to go back there! Neat place to have pasta! Very good food, I'd say it is almost reasonably priced! I heard the Korean noodle is a bit too salty but so far had three different type of pasta and happy witb what I got (slightly under season but no big deal as I could add a bit salt and pepper on the table)

The Philly Steak was top notch, after adding fries and a drink with a tip it all cost about 18 bones which is kinda steep for 1 meal. However the food was delicious and the employee was absolutely great, she was the best explaining everything to a new time customer andade it a very enjoyable experience. The only thing I didn't like was the price.

The cashier was very polite and the food was great but a little pricey.

The food is edible for a few bites but is pretty flavorless and not worth the price. Veggies were also hard still. Could make it at home way better/cheaper, but I guess this place is ok if you’re on the move and noodles are the only thing around… I’d suggest other fast food if that’s all you have time for. The flavor and look of the food is comparable to a frozen box meal from Walmart, except you pay 10x as much.

This is my second time eating here. I am a low-carb guy so I love that they have zucchini noodles as well as other options! I also only eat 1 meal a day most days so I had to order a double portion but still well worth it either way for the price. I will probably frequent it now and again.

Just a expensive frozen dinner in presentation and taste.

I'm really not a fan of rating fast food joints. It's like even if they're the best restaurant in the chain, they're still fast food. It's your average noodles and company. Their chicken noodle soup has gotten me through a lot of sick days. When you're not sick they have a selection that's not half bad.

The food was not too impressive but it tasted okay and there are a lot of options. There are even vegetarian options. The service was fast and friendly.

It was fine. The food was pretty decent and the service was okay. The Mac & Cheese is always a classic but I was unimpressed with the shrimp.

Went to several Noodles and Company stores in the last few months and this one by far has went above and beyond without hesitation and made a really good meal tonight. The manager was very cool and laid back and he made sure we were taken care of during dinner. Thank you so very much!!

I really enjoyed this trip to NOODLES AND COMPANY. I highly recommend the bbq macaroni and cheese.

I went in on lunch break, not knowing what o was hungry for. Usually I get the pad thai with shrimp, but wasn't in the mood. I chose the zucchini noodles with chicken. It was delicious and at the right temp. The chicken wasn't overdone and the zucchini was just slightly crunchy. I really liked it and will get it again. Also not much wait time, unlike the nearby Taco Bell I had just gave up on waiting at the register for 7 minutes unattended...

Another love! Although I feel your prices are a little bit steep on some things. That's the only reason why I gave him four star. Other than that I think I will be coming back to your restaurant more frequently as I feel your food is really good! Clean atmosphere, the wait isn't that bad, employees are good, the pricing is to me I feel is a little more pricey.

There was an issue with my order and the staff member handled it extremely well and was very accommodating.

Second visit to Noodles and Company. I had a good experience, the store was cleaner, the staff was fast and friendly, the food was pretty good. I probably like my foid hotter than what most people would, so its a good thing they carry a selection of spices by the soda pop machine and silverware so you can adjust the heat to your liking. I had the Spicey Korean noodles, based on ramen noodles. They were out of cilantro, so I made due without lol. The dish had pretty good flavor, with barely noticable heat to me. I also tried the Korean Meatballs which were bathed in Korean bbq sauce. They were okay. Unlimited drink refills, overall not bad. Free Wifi, outdoor seating, theres a fence to chain your bike too, no catering or delivery.

The service was fine, and the chicken was mildly spicy and fully cooked in my buffalo chicken Mac. But the Mac part left a lot to be desired. The cheese sauce was watery and flavorless and the shredded cheese on top was dry and unmelted. It was essentially just Kraft Mac and cheese with chicken.

Love going here and the zoodles always got the spot. Service is quick and friendly. Facilities are kept clean and tidy. Always a good meal and a good atmosphere.

Had to change my review from five stars to one star after tonight. Seriously terrible customer service. Wrong order sent on an $11.00 dish and after 3 calls and being hung up on twice, they only gave me a $3.75 refund. That's the amount for additional meat. I ordered a shrimp scampi and it arrived with no shrimp. When I called, I didn't even get to explain what happened before the manager trainee hung up on me. Sad. My household has spent a small fortune here. After tonight, I doubt I'll be back. After a lifetime working in this industry, it saddens me to have to post this. But silence doesn't solve anything

I seriously love pasta, so Noodles and Company is always my top choice restaurant. I go to this location pretty religiously and have never had any issues with the food or with employees. They are very efficient and courteous toward all of their customers. I personally recommend the butter noodles with grilled chicken, the spaghetti with meatballs, or the Japanese pan noodles.
