1st time here. A pintoresque country store welcomes you to the restaurant. Food was generous and fresh. Loved it.

Disappointed with our last visit this month. Usually food is pretty good this time it was not. We have to wait an hour and a half to get her food after being seated. Total visit was 2 1/2 hours. We ended up spending over $110 on the gift shop which was an exciting experience for my wife and I that was probably the highlight of our visit. As you can see by the photos were food the ham was disgusting. Most of the food was not very good looking.

A mix between a family style restaurant and a handcraft store. The store is great and very creative. The decor of both spaces is really awesome. The food is just OK. I confess I was expecting way more quality and quantity. The restaurant is very noisy (as you would expect for this kind of space) and very busy all the time. There are always lots and lots of people and, if you don't make a reservation, prepare to wait around 30 - 45min.

Absolutely horrible service! The food was excellent but the service left a lot to be desired. We waited 45 minutes for our food, had to flag a different server to get a refill on our drinks and to get napkins. We saw the original server a grand total of ONCE after we ordered our food. I'll never be back to this location again!!

Carries the Cracker and Barrel experience like all places. Nice and clean restrooms and very understanding and helping staff. The cutlery could have been a little cleaner, but otherwise just awesome.

Had lunch here today.. didn't know what to expect as this place was suggested by a family member. Ordered their Sunday special - pot roast with a side corn bread . It came in this nice little container which was very pleasing to look at haha.. the container was still a little hot from the heat of the contents. Opened it up and it smelt delicious! Dug into it! One of the best pot roasts I've had. I didn't want to leave any broth, so took a straw and drank it all instead of using the spoon 😁😁. The prices are very reasonable! This will be one of my go-to places everytime I pass through here..

The food was ok, nothing that I would “have to have” again. The waitress was very friendly and the atmosphere was very nice. My daughter is in a “Little House On the Prairie kick” and she loved that she felt like she was back in time… The store was definitely fun to walk through.

I like Cracker Barrel, although I don’t go there very much. This visit was good though. The food was good, service was fine. The one thing that I didn’t like about the way the food is served us that the biscuits and/or cornbread comes on an open plate. I’d rather have it in a warmed bowl covered with a towel to keep them warm as long as possible rather than cooling off. I prefer hot/warm biscuits and cornbread to cold. My other nitpick is how stingy they were with giving out butter and napkins. I had to ask three times for more butter and the waitress only brought out two or three at a time. Then we initially received two napkins (one each) and when we asked for more napkins she only brought out two again. Overall it was a pleasant experience that they can improve on.

Food was delicious. However service and taste of food go out the window when employees are sitting across from you eating McDonalds and other foods. Bad optics!! See photos. Our waitress was good and unhappy at the situation. I feel these employees need to be reprimanded.

Use to come here a lot, decided now that I moved back in the area I'd start going back again with my new and growing family... but I thought wrong apparently. I heard wait times were bad recently but we watched 2 tables next to us come in 15 min and almost half hour after us got their food (1 wrong from what I overheard and another upset they had to wait so long) before us and left, I know this especially because I checked their check in reciept time before we left. After ordering 2 rounds of appetizers and finishing our drinks (1 hour and 26 min later) I told what appeared to be a lead (she had a headset in and was helping out multiple areas) we wanted our check to leave as we were assured our food would be out before the third appetizer we ordered (which was obviously wrong) which we then got and finished and continued waiting. She said she'd get our waiter and then as our waiter came back she had the receipt with apologies and excuses of she didn't know what was going on, but assured us the food we never recieved after 1.5 hours was taken off at least and to not worry about paying for that part and only what we did recieve would be on the check. I didn't even care about asking for a manager or a discount/credit like most people I assume would want as we were now so behind for our day while having to go get food still for our family of 5 that I was very upset and just wanted to leave. While waiting to pay what upset me even more was I heard a waitress tell a elderly couple that the wait time was 15 min or more as they probly already know people like to sit around here for like an hour or 2 eating and chatting, which is so very contradicting to what service we recieved and seen. To have them tell customers it's other customers fault there's a wait time is so very disrespectful and rude after being treated the way we were. I'd say the appetizers were good but honestly we were hungry and got so frustrated waiting that we were just happy to have food and it'd be a lie to say they were either good or bad.

Have not been to a Cracker Barrel since before the pandemic and it used to be one of our favorite and still is one of our favorite vacation road trip restaurant since there is always one by the highway. We stopped at this Cracker Barrel on our way to the Dells and food was still delicious, service was good and my favorite Cajun grilled catfish was still perfect. Love the corn bread with butter and my son had milk with this cute little sweet straw. Prices are reasonable and you get lots of food and sides. Can't wait for our next road trip so we can visit another Cracker Barrel again!

Very friendly staff offering great service and good food. The food is home style cooking, served in generous servings. Open for breakfast, lunch, and supper. Plenty of room with comfortable seating. Gift shop and general store has something for everyone.

Haven’t visited a Cracker Barrel in at least 10-15 years. We were driving to Madison and decided to stop here as it was right off the highway and were pleasantly surprised. Food was decent, you get a lot and the price is super cheap. Best part was the service, everyone was great but especially our server Riley. She was incredibly attentive and friendly.

Dinner was good. Service was ok. I'm southern and my northern husband is a super picky eater so when I want my southern food fix, I make him bring me here.

The food was good, most of it hot, but some of the sides were missing. We ordered the country fried turkey, as recommended, and it arrived without the cranberry side it was supposed to come with. A problem table (last minute large group that didn't know how large they'd be and were not particularly nice about it) came in around the time our food arrived so I opted not to say anything right away. However, after we said the food was fine, the waitress was hustling off to deal with other tables, and we could not get either waitress to even look at us after that. Frustrating. They were clearly understaffed so I'm giving them a 3-star, but they probably deserve 2. They weren't particularly nice when my mother asked about the new rewards, either. We were told to ask about it. We did. They were dismissive at best.

The food was amazing, and leftovers were still A+. This is what a homemade meal tastes like. The peach tea was delicious. The chicken was juicy, and the mashed potatoes were awesome. The mac n cheese was excellent. Biscuits and cornbread were delicious, too. I'd definitely return and I haven't been to this place in 15 years.

Visited for breakfast. The staff was great, we came during a busy time and were greeted and seated immediately. I ordered the country boy breakfast, a couple of items of note. -Sirloin steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare. Came topped with a nice grill seasoning. -Scrambled eggs were more so a shaped egg wedge, almost like an omelette. -White gravy (AKA Saw Mill Gravy) appeared as though it would be the classic white peppered gravy, although mine did not have any particular flavor such as pepper or light onion. The flavor was essentially white paste. The steak was a nice surprise, for an OK breakfast.

The food was okay, but not spectacular. The potatoes didn't have much flavor in my opinion. I didnt try the biscuits but the cornbread was kind of bland for my taste. The chicken strips were very good though and I would eat here again. The servers apologized for how busy they were. Everyone who works here is very nice. 3/5

Cracker Barrel is always a positive experience. I like looking at all the unique stuff they have to sell. Food is excellent. Their chicken fried chicken is always a crowd pleaser. I love their grilled chicken tenders too! The restaurant is always clean and staff is friendly.

First time going, food was good. Wasn't sure what I was in the mood for but hashbrown casserole hit the spot. It was decently busy but was immediately seated. Our waitress was great! Loved her! She really made the visit tbh! Friendly, funny, drew a little reference to an anime on our receipt. Would definitely go back. Browsed the store, found some goodies. Some things were priced well, others were pretty high but you kinda expect that in gift stores like it.

This is exactly what you expect from a Cracker Barrel…large portions of home style food. The walls are eclectically scattered with rustic decor. The country store is packed with knickknacks and candy. This is not an eatery for those that pine for a quiet dinner. The dining room is bustling with overstimulated children. But in it all you can find a reasonably pleasant meal at a reasonable price.
