😠 Very Unprofessional Office Staff, No smiles, and took me FIVE times of driving out there to get one Script wrote out.     Very Unprofessional Office Staff, No smiles, and took me FIVE times of driving out there to get one Script wrote out. Noone Answered the phones, so had to drive 8 miles, just to find out they never put in computer that I was picking up a script in 3 days. Took TWO WEEKS to Finally get it. Meantime, my Daughter had to go without!! And they treated Me like I was the Dumb one, for even driving out there instead of calling first! At their old locstion, they were Awesome, moved to new place, and all the new mixed staff...everyone lost their manners. We are leaving the whole building. Will NEVER go there Again.

    Ok so I needed to get my script bc it's a controlled substance and when I tried to get it they kept messing up and being rude with me and the nurses lie and don't care about you they are lazy I've been off my prescription for almost a month so I am actually going to another doctor's office today because that unity point east is a freaking joke.

    Long time patient of dr Sison long before the new building and rude receptionists Slamming computer monitors around yelling at patients raising their voice at people. I yelled back nicely and told her not to disrespect me and was told I'm getting banned. There's cameras in that building in the staff/waiting area I suggest administration view them on this date between 1 and 2 PM. I wanna file a complaint against the woman that disrespected me

    I have been on hold for over 30 minutes. The phone system they have is horrible. I will never be a patient here because of this one reason. Absolutely ridiculous.

    The doctors there no good saw dr. Tate for few years she breaks apt. All time switched to Dr. Du worst misteak ever made verry rude nasty to me because I didn't want an adult well physical or shingles shot or tetnes shot she said I wasted her time through my papers at me I played my co-pay for her to treat me like dirt then she tells me to come back in February I DON'T THINK SO SHE IS THE WORST DOCTOR I'VE EVER SEEN

    I know a lot of pediatricians have moved or left our area and I have to give a huge shout out to pekin Peds in the unity point building in pekin if you are looking. Amelia has been super sick and we got in yesterday. Hillary the nurse practitioner ordered every test she could thing of to figure it out. Rushed the blood work and stayed by her computer refreshing it over and over on a Friday night to check for Amelia’s labs so that she could get us a prescription last night. She personally called me at 830pm on a Friday to explain to me what was going on and to tell me she had ordered us a script. I have never felt so cared for by a provider. 5 stars! THANK YOU HILLARY!!!!

    Very disappointed with the walk in clinic my one month old grandson is very sick and they refused to see him because his pediatricians name wasn’t on the back of his insurance card because they won’t get paid .. so you getting your money is more important than a one month old babies health!! Even though his pediatrician is a unity point physician in the same office as the walk in clinic!!

    My husband has been in TWICE for a simple swimmers ear infection THAT IS GETTING WORSE and instead of figuring SOMETHING out they tell him to "keep doing what he's doing"!! I have had several ear infections in my lifetime and I've started getting relief within 48 or so hours, but my husband's has SPREAD to his other ear! We were told by the first NP, "if it's not better in 48 hours, come back", well we did, only to be told unless his ear is turning black or things are growing out of it, there's nothing else that can be done! Bull! Also, the second doctor finishs the examination, turns to my husband and asks, "what do you want to do? I can't see down into your right ear." to my husband!! No kidding!! We're here for YOUR HELP that you are NOT giving! Obviously, the amoxicillin and the drops are NOT working, and he's in SO much pain, the Tylenol and ibuprofen is BARELY helping! I am so disappointed as this place used to be a wonderful place!

    Everything was fine with Unity Point up until 2020. My primary doctor Lindsay Tate started canceling appointments. Either four or five times in a two year period. In April 2021 I started having issues with neuropathy. Now it is January 2022 and I have yet to see a neurologist because of repeated cancellations. I think there are a couple of doctors that have forgotten what the Hippocratic oath is. Neuropathy and Osteoporosis do not mix. I have fallen and broken my ankle and honestly believe that this could’ve been avoided. So Unity Point has left me no choice but to switch providers and primary doctor.

    Very disappointed in the way The staff talks to you and the way they treat you. I’m there for help and very unhappy with the help I receive. I recommend a different Drs office.

    Between physicians leaving the practice or deciding after one visit they no longer accept my insurance it has been impossible for me to keep a primary care provider through Unitypoint. I'm just going to go to urgent care or the ER if something comes up until I die. Seriously, the number of PCP's that I've gone through with Unitypoint gives me therapy material. Thanks a lot.

    Never had a very good experience at this place. Most recently I went in on a Sunday for a sore throat. I didn’t have to wait which was nice. The nurse was very friendly and listened to me. But, the doctor didn’t seem too concerned about answering questions or listening to my issues and I felt like I was being pushed out the door the whole time. When there were NO OTHER PATIENTS THERE. I wasn’t there near closing time, either. Anyway, if you’re okay with not having to wait long but also not receiving quality care then this is the place for you. Same issue at urgent care inside the hospital!

    Some of the negative comments are laughable, and a bit far fetched. Staff has always been nice to me, my wait time (with an appointment) has only been 15 mins tops. And yes, it does take 3 months to get in to see a Dr. But that has always been that way (at least for me). If you are in such pain with no results as some has stated, then go to Urgent Care. If you have been on hold for 20-40 mins., common sense should tell you to hang up and call back, tell them you have been on hold for over 5 mins and ask to get results! I like my Dr. as she has been very cordial to me, and her nurses have done the same.

    The staff here is amazing and very friendly. We have followed them since their previous name and location (ProHealth Pediatrics 3212 Court Street Pekin, IL). My son has autism and they have helped treat his anxiety by starting with natural remedies and progressed to a medicine. Very attentive with the medication process and answering any questions we had. I highly recommend nurse practitioner Buffy Oberle. She is amazing!

    11/9/22. I phoned in early this morning 8 am to ask for a prescription for a UTI that I had done a culture the day before. I knew that my doctor and her staff didn’t work on Wednesdays. I was trying to explain that I was aware that my doctor was not in the office today.. At which time I was told to stop talking. I was shocked I wasn’t real sure what to say. I explained that I had some discomfort and didn’t want to go another 24 hours without any medicine. I then said I’m sure you can understand that. I don’t wanna go without medicine for another 24 hours. at that point she said and I’m sure you can understand that. I just said that your doctor is not in the today. Her total lack of sympathy and compassion for my situation was disregarded. She was one of the rudest people I’ve ever spoken to at that Office. I was told that if another doctor could get to my test results, even though I had already said that they had been turned in the night before was able to look at it then then maybe they might be able to get me a prescription I asked if someone could give me a call and let me know again she told me they might be able to do it. Although I could tell by the tone of her voice that that wasn’t going to happen, So I asked if she could recommend something over the counter that I could take until I could get a prescription at that point she said to me I don’t know I I’m just a receptionist I assumed at the beginning of the conversation I was speaking to a nurse I had no idea it was a receptionist, I wish now that I would’ve said to her at the end of my conversation that I hope that the rest of her day that she handled her patients with some kindness since I was the first call she probably had this morning there’s no excuse for that kind of rudeness

    I actually love taking my kids here, their Doctor is Dr. Fischer and she’s awesome. But on the 29th I took my daughter to the urgent care and the woman who saw her was rude and more concerned about making me feel bad as a mom because my child had an ear infection that she claimed was the worst one she’s ever seen. Come to find out she over medicated my daughter. I’ve filed a compliant and I hope something is done about this, thankfully it was just an antibiotic but what if it wasn’t? I just don’t want this happening to anybody else!

    I wasnt given anything to help me with my pain or bronchial infection so i could get sleep and not have to stay up all night. I was very dissapointed with the diagnosis of the nurse practitioner at urgent care

    I walked in need to be seen the lady was very rude to me at the front desk asked me one of my symptoms said I had a slight cough didn’t let me finish gave me a paper said call this number and we can’t see you here.

    Great place to get in and out! Staff is excellent! I enjoy reading the negative reviews that don’t realize that it’s their procrastination that causes the issue. Som people you can never please!

    The ladies that answer the phone are EXTREMELY rude 99% of the time unless I keep getting the same girl when I call but she gets snappy and is very rude to me when I ask simple questions when I’m confused or need help about getting my medication refilled and there is absolutely no reason for it given I have been respectful everytime. I’m extremely uncomfortable even calling for anything with this happening several times at this point.

    I was seen for labs about an hour ago and this place is very nice. I went to the wrong area, first care and the lady behind the desk pointed me to the direction of the lab area. They are quick, I waited maybe 20 mins to get blood drawn. The nurse taking my info was very helpful, despite my state insurance, and the lady taking blood was very helpful in explaining all of my labs to me. I would recommend this place and will continue going.

    Been at urgent care for 2 hours. Still waiting. I even called ahead and was told there is about a 1 hour wait. Go to OSF. This place is horrible.

    LITERALLY THE WORST PLACE TO GO! Their online “wait” times are about 4 HRS OFF.. & that is just the beginning. I am not sure where they get these incompetents they call “Drs” at but they ARE FAILURES. My daughter went in with a 103 fever couldn’t swallow her throat was COVERED with infection and so red and swollen it was ridiculous. After over a 4 hour wait they sent her HOME and told her she needed to go pick up some vitamin C.. Zinc.. and vitamin D! WOW! Next morning worse than ever went to BROMENN ER was seen within 10 MINUTES AND TREATED WITH ANTIBIOTICS AND STEROIDS. The drs at Bromenn hospital said they could clearly SEE it was a horrible infection proceeded to take a swab test which came back INSTANTLY WITH A POSITIVE RESULT! Sitting here today and just received a text that ALL HER SWAB TESTS FROM UNITY POINT EAST IN PEKIN CAME BACK CLEAR WITH NO SIGNS OF ANY THING WRONG😂 I would NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!!! 4 hrs to sit and be miserable just to be told to go to Walmart for some VITAMINS!!!! WORTHLESS INCOMPETENT JACK IN THE BOX QUACKS IN THIS PLACE!!!!!!

    Would’ve gave 0 stars if I could because this is an absolute jokeeeee of an establishment!!! Never answer their phones and when I went in to be checked out I literally waited FOUR(4) hours for them to be more concerned about whether or not I’m pregnant(little to no chance of that and they still kept pushing the fact that I could be pregnant) when I obviously have flu symptoms, had people in the sick area who obviously weren’t sick complaining about me being sick so I literally went and waited in the car, they gave me amoxicillin for an ear infection I don’t have, and LITERALLY FORGOT ABOUT ME IN THE OFFICE!!! Oh and just like I said I TESTED POSITIVE FOR THE FLU!! And all I have is amoxicillin!! I will NEVER set foot here again, and all you healthcare workers there if your reading this DO BETTER!!!!

    We called at 2:40 to see if our son could be seen for an ear infection. We were told if we were there by 3:00 he could be seen. We arrived at 2:50 and were told the provider had to leave and no one could look at my son. Very frustrating!

    The best thing I’ve done recently is fire UnityPoint. the reception staff is rude, in attentive, and treat you like nothing more than a number. My doctor has been professional and top-notch here. But I’m tired of the disrespect, and the fact they only seem interested in over billing insurance for procedures. I recommend never using Unitypoint in any location or under any circumstances!

    I was a walk In with a simple bladder infection had to wait an hour n a half just to pee in a cup. Walk ins aren't welcome thats for sure!!!!!!
