I was the only person at counter #1 and had to wait several minutes. I asked a person in the next booth if anyone was working in #1 where they told me to go to and he also was very rude. Then the girl finally came to wait on me and was also very rude. Trying to rush me thru like cattle and acted like she did not want to answer my questions and was annoyed by me. I spent all that time waiting for them and then they are very rude. What is wrong with your employees? I have problems with my knees and they told me to go to that counter just to stand there and wait and wait, then they are so rude to you!!! They could have at least gave me a number so I could has sat down and wait until they decide to come up. Why do they tell you to stand and wait at the counter if they are not going to wait on you???? I hope I never have to ever go back!! YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE VERY RUDE!!

These people are great,they do the best they can do, but I could never do what they do,everybody that comes in the door has a bad attitude! Give them a break they don't own the place they just work there

HORRIBLE!!! and I say it in the nicest way ever.. the ladies in the front were amazingly helpful they sat me down processed my appointment took my picture and accepted my documents which included US passport, my birth certificate, and ss last name change confirmation paper (I just filed for it yesterday its in the mail) along with my marriage certificate I was called up by KIERA RHOADES who has horrible customer service and REFUSED to help me simply because I stated a comment to my daughter quietly about how stupid it was she was refusing to help for not having the actual ss card she proceeded to get LOUD saying she wasn't going to help name due to the comment I made. I kept my best composure as I was also trying to get my two kids that were with me IDs both minors son14 daughter12 she walked away and was so unprofessional. If you encounter this lady please SMILE AND BE AS KIND AS YOU CAN BE she will most likely refuse to help you too!!!!

I hate using this location for anything because the staff here are always rude and unprofessional. They always act like they hate their job and they are better than you. I will drive 30 miles away to use another location before I will use this one again.

It was about 430pm, I didn't have to wait long, they weren't busy. I had all my paperwork together...this always helps things go quicker. I was back home by 5pm. 👍🏻

Took my sister here and the guy by the door was really rude. Waited forever and then had to come back at 2 so she could take driving test and was a little early and rude again. Said come back at 2. So went in at exactly at 2. Its 2:20 still waiting. .I WONT COME..HERE AGAIN EVER

Set up appointment online. I was a little early. Only waited a couple munutes and got called. Nice lady took my info, took new photo and printed temp DL. Done before my appointment time.

The old man that works there is always very rude. He shouldn’t be dealing with people since he doesn’t have any sort of people/customer service skills

Had to renew my snap benefits. I am mute so phone calls can not be done. Taken care of quickly and completed review. Very friendly and comfortable place. I was at ease and they understood my predicament of not being able to speak. Did not try to rush me and waited patiencly for me to type my answers.

I’ve been trying to renew my drivers license for 3 weeks now. I go on Saturday because that’s most convenient for me. My first attempt was on the 12th of February. Walk up to the door at 7:30 and there’s a sign saying they’re closed. Saturday the 19th they were closed for the holiday on Monday. So instead of taking Tuesday off, the state shuts the whole weekend down on holidays. Went today on the 26th and we’re told there’s a nationwide system failure and anything to do with a driver’s license can’t be done today. So, my complaint is why information like closings, nationwide shutdowns, or holiday schedules aren’t being posted on the website? Website always posts normal business hours whether they’re open or not. Getting tired of driving there only to be turned away for one reason or another. Calling ahead usually involves be placed on hold for 15 minutes.

Did not have to wait very long with my appointment. People with out appointments did not wait very long either.

It's a government run agency what do you think? Lady was pretty nice, they are very vague when they tell you what you need then very specific that it's not exactly in the correct form when you come back. Oh and you'll also still be choking in a placebo muzzle the entire hour wait.

I went into the newly remodeled DMV in Pekin, Illinois. I was pleasantly shocked on how nice it looks. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A lot better than it used to be!

Got my motorcycle license here today. Was in and out pretty quick. The employees were nice. No complaints.

The entire staff here is helpful, efficient and courteous. In all my years of dealing with the SOS Drivers License Facilities in numerous cities, they are hands down the best. I was able to get my drivers license renewed, a new ID card and vehicle registration done in one visit. Really appreciate the great service. Liz and Amanda are the best.

Polite, patient. Britney did excellent. The lady who administered driving test was nice and was personable as well.

Always rude service and the service is always slow. I went to Springfield and peoria DMV and those people are great! I lived in pekin and would rather drive to Peoria , Havana or Springfield before I would even think of going to the pekin dmv

Went right in and up to the counter, representative was very nice and got me in and out pretty quick. Other representatives were also helpful throughout the process.

I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly I got in at this location. There were only two others ahead of me. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable.

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. I have not been in after they renovation. They made great use out of every available space. When you go in you must "take a number" from the man. He can come off gruff but he is just telling point blank information. This man knows his stuff! I saw many folks come in for different things. He didn't need to look anything up from a computer. All information came from his 🧠! He is way better then Google when it comes to his job. They are now set up in a line of windows and 3 rows of seats face them. They are VERY fast and kind. They explained to me what I needed and a picture of it was fine. I had my husband send it and showed them. I got what I came there to do. It now runs as a well oiled machine. Highly recommend go here and not in Peoria.

Most of there people are nice and try to help ,there's a older guy not to helpful kind of rude that ruins the whole experience

Even with increased volume of customers, the office seemed to move pretty efficiently.

New streamlined process and bigger wait area allowed for a smooth and pain free experience. AS LONG AS YOU HAVE THE RIGHT DOCUMENTS.
