I spent amazing 2,5 hours there. Stuff was very polite, the massage was excellent. I felt renewed and refreshed. They heard me when I ask to work more on several parts of my back and waist. The only thing I don’t like about this place is the noisy road near by. It was getting me out of my “massage meditation” sometimes. Absolutely affordable spa packages and amazing 2,5 hours of relaxation. Thank you ladies 💖

First thing first, book your treatment.🤔 Here is very busy. I booked my appointment on previous day through WhatsApp. I did Jembawan 3 ( package deal): facial, manicure and pedicure. Start with pedicure, the entire treatment was so enjoyable. The lady who deal with my feet gently. Facial treatment also relaxing …. In general, it’s great value for money. Enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend!

If you are staying in Ubud, there's really no need to go searching for any other spa. Fantastic service and a good price too. They really put in the extra effort to give my wife and I a great experience for our anniversary. All the ladies are polite and helpful. Yes, the spa is close to the road and you may hear scooter traffic and other close family chatter but it wasn't intrusive or off-putting to us.

Nice massage, my masseur was kind and competent. But, I paid for the 90 minute traditional Balinese massage - it started at 6:20pm, I was out and sitting drinking tea & biscuits at 7:40pm. (I checked the time whilst having tea). The massage itself was 75 min max but the difference in cost between 60 min & 90 min massage is 40k. So that wasn’t great. But they greet you warmly, wash your feet with heated water, give you a cold towel to wipe off the sweat and chilled water to drink to cool down. I just don’t know why it wasn’t actually 90 minutes when that’s what they have you pay for after.

Exceptionally professional service. Highly experienced reception, and very clearly well trained masseuses. It's easy to see where this place gets its reputation and very well priced for its premium service. I left feeling extremely relaxed and the pressure was absolutely perfect if not better than what I expected for a relaxation massage. The hot wet towel wipe at the end was a nice touch, and the after-service compliments were delicious. Would 100% recommend to visit and ensure you book in advanced as it's hard to get a slot as it's very popular for good reason.

I am very satisfied that the Japanese word "omotenashi" refers to Jembawan Spa. The technology, the hospitality, the way they treated me as if they had known me for many years, the friendly smiles, everything about them was great. You will be welcomed with cold towels and lime water, and When finished　warm cinnamon/ginger tea . I was pleasantly surprised to find that this item was made with genuine ingredients and was given such care. thanks so much. I fell in love with Jembawang Spa.

Had a classic Balinese massage here and it was great. Much better than other places where they would not apply enough pressure. The place is also very tidy and service is exceptional.

Best massage in Bali. Whenever we are in Ubud, we come here every day for a reason. Great and warm hospitality with attention to every detail. Communication/ reservation via WhatsApp, with very responsive owner. After reading many comments I can assure that our massage was never less than the agreed duration. Enjoy!

We tried several in Ubud and this was the best! We recommend it without hesitation. The Balinese massage, exfoliation and facial last about 2:30 for 360,000 Indonesian rupiahs (€21). Don't compare, it's the best place on the island. Brilliant!!!

Foot massage was great and expertly done. Went back a couple of days later for a back massage it was all over the place, and actually left me with bruises. Let's just say it felt like they need more training. Other things like being served tea and light snacks was pleasant and helped me recover.

Great massage and lovely atmosphere. Both of us had a 60 minute Balinese massage. We were greeted with a welcome drink. At the end of the message the staff offered to wipe off the excess oil with a hot towel (optional) which felt like a bonus massage. At the end we received a tea and fruit which was a lovely surprise and nicely rounded the visit off. Can recommend.

A wonderful place to switch off and unwind. The team is lovely and the atmosphere is wonderful. The massage is very professional and you almost fall asleep. I've been here a few times and it was the best massage in Ubud.

Might be great for a massage, not an awesome pedicure experience. My partner and I came here for a last minute pedicure. The staff and owner were lovely! Made us feel very welcomed. We started with a welcome drink and snack, delightful. But it went downhill from there. There aren’t pedicure chairs (which hasn’t been a dealbreaker at other spas) but here the foot rest is a sliding stool, so you have to hold your foot in place and can’t relax while you’re getting the treatment. Our feet weren’t soaked for long enough, so we experienced some pain during the dead skin scrub and cuticle removal. The color I picked was a bit old, needed 4 layers to apply and after 90 minutes it wasn’t dry. It was at that point, the gel drying machine was pulled out. A few days later, my polish has peeled off and I am needing another pedicure. Loved the ambience, staff, owner - but not a great pedicure experience.

We’ve decided to pamper ourselves here ☺️massage was amazing, scrub and facial were ok but not particularly great. Pedicure was disappointing, the girl wasn’t very experienced, every time I moved my foot a little as it tickled she gave me an angry look and after she struggled to paint my nails. So in conclusion we had a good time here but based on reviews and recommendations I was expecting a bit more:) I would come back here for a massage but probably not anything else.

Well, I had come to this place by accident and honestly, based on first impression, the vibe was not it. The employees all kind-of snickered at me when I walked in. When I returned on the day of my actual appointment, I was pleasantly surprised. This place has cheaper packages compared to things that can be booked online. I liked that it came with a flower bath in the package. I booked the green tea scrub. I think the massage was alright (not the best, but not the worst). Sometimes it felt really nice and sometimes it was a bit uncomfortable. The massager asked me several times if the amount of pressure was good or not which I really appreciated. First, they give lime water and a cool towel. I didn’t know I needed a cool towel until they gave me one- it was so refreshing! They helped me rinse off the scrub, which I didn’t expect but it was interesting to be serviced in that way. Tea and cookies were also brought to my room which surprised me because I’m used to eating it after in a different area. I’d say the customer service/treatment was exceptional.
