The treatment is ok. Highly recomended Saras 👍 But The treatment room for massage very noisy, because it is close together and only separated by a curtain, so the voices of the customers next door who are chatting can be heard. Our advice is that during the payment process at the cashier, if there are frequent incidents where payments via QRIS are delayed, it would be better to inform the customer first. From yesterday until today I have had to contact the bank back and forth about this, who don't know when they will process the refund of my money. Even though I have often made transactions using qris but just yesterday I had an incident like that, "pending transaction". Hopefully Lavis can really accept criticism and suggestions.

Really great place!!! The staff called Apri was really great at extracting my black head. Lots of pain but worth it feels so clean afterwards. Will come and visit again.

Always had an enjoyable treatment here at Lavis. I've been coming here since last year. The location is very strategic. It's highly recommended to book in advance, so you don't have to wait. Affordable price, but excellent service. I've tried their manicure, pedicure, hair mask, and hair wash. I would like to come again to try their spa massage. Thank you, Lavis!

I give a 4 stars, it is supposed to be 5 Therapist Lia for a whole treatment I will give her 💫💫💫💫💫 5 stars I will come back for Lia and Amik doing my manicure is 5 stars as well.. I booked for 2 for me and also for my partner My partner during the treatments the therapist didn't silent her phone and is been 3 times she put her phone near my partners head and it kept ringing which he couldn't enjoy the relaxation during treatment and my partner stop the treatment and went to the coffee shop instead Please train the therapist not using phone while working and silent phone is recommended Thank you
