Sorry to give u 1* reviews guys..your service is seriously not good at all - menurun jauh dg yg dulu2, even saya bukan yg trmasuk tiap bulan facial - i noticed ur procedure is totally different, not like in the past. The last 2 or 3 times (in a row) i did facial in ur place, you didnt give the facial and neck massage anymore, felt so quick for facial with "that" price plus the therapist seems unprofessional at the end of treatment session. I cant even relax during treatment, dan ya saya bisa merasakan pengerjaan nya kasar. So from now on i wont recommend wijaya platinum to my groups, friends, or relatives anymore. There are still many clinics out there with better service and good price yet the product also even better. Sorry to say goodbye, i was so proud with wijaya platinum since 2010 in jkt until this afternoon in bali. Hope you improve the service and good luck, cheers
