In
response
to
you
first
I
do
not
call
repeatedly
unless
you
want
to
say
calling
trying
to
get
through
to
make
an
appointment
I
have
never
called
demanding
anything
from
your
staff
at
any
time
in
the
past
or
present,and
if
you
are
tailoring
treatment
for
me
then
why
are
you
trying
to
force
me
to
do
physical
therapy
knowing
that
it
causes
severe
inflammation
which
in
turn
will
cause
an
increase
in
pain
that
will
cause
me
to
need
to
increase
my
pain
medication
or
need
to
take
prednisone
or
steroid
injection
which
is
not
good
for
me.
I
still
give
your
clinic
0
stars.
I
come
in
for
a
visit
and
get
called
a
liar,
because
your
staff
doesn't
record
information
in
their
charts.
I
will
never
go
back
to
this
place
again
for
several
reasons.
They
don't
even
have
a
doctor
on-site
who
can
write
prescriptions
Nor
can
they
tell
you
when
this
doctor
will
write
the
prescription
or
how
long
it
will
take.
What
they
are
doing
broaders
on
the
line
of
malpractice.
The
medication
I
take
I
cannot
skip
it
without
having
adverse
effects
It
could
actually
put
me
in
the
hospital,but
they
act
like
it
is
no
issue
to
them
and
it
will
get
done
when
it
gets
done
is
basically
how
I
was
treated
She
said
we
will
get
a
message
to
him
and
it
will
get
done
whenever
he
gets
to
it,
I
will
let
him
know
to
do
it
as
soon
as
he
can.They
don't
answer
their
phones
or
return
your
calls.
I
have
gone
in
for
3
appointments.
They
do
not
keep
accurate
records
they
claim
that
I
didn't
tell
them
information
that
I
personally
saw
where
the
doctor
wrote
the
information
down
on
my
records
she
personally
showed
me
where
she
wrote,
stating
that
I
can
only
take
certain
brands
of
my
medication
and
that
it
needs
to
be
written
on
my
prescription
every
time
it
is
sent
in.
I
went
in
today
to
straighten
out
the
fact
I
was
given
a
brand
I
can
not
take.
She
tried
to
tell
me
that
it
is
not
in
my
records
and
I
never
said
anything
to
anyone
about
my
sensitivity
or
to
her
and
I
know
I
did
because
it
is
very
important
to
me
not
to
have
to
worry
about
not
getting
my
medication.
They
only
write
a
28
day
prescription
but
they
will
not
let
you
refill
it
until
the
29th
day
when
you
are
out.
All
they
care
about
is
trying
to
push
the
physical
therapy
and
braces.
I
appreciated
that
they
are
trying
to
help
on
that
level,
but
I
explained
to
them
I
have
done
physical
therapy
numerous
times
and
it
just
makes
my
situation
worse
it
is
in
my
medical
records
my
PC
noted
it
but
she
continued
to
push
it.
Also
my
adverse
reaction
to
medications
and
fact
I
am
hyper
sensitive
to
alot
of
medication
is
noted
in
my
medical
records.
I
informed
them
of
it
when
I
first
came
to
see
them
They
were
trying
to
act
like
it
was
the
first
time
hearing
it
today.
They
did
not
bother
going
over
my
records
that
was
sent
over
to
them.
Except
the
very
first
person
I
saw
was
very
informed
of
my
sensitivities
to
all
medications
but
then
I
was
switched
to
another
woman
who
did
not
bother
reading
the
notes
from
the
previous
person
much
less
my
records
and
then
denies
that
I
said
anything
to
her
about
it.
The
whole
time
I
was
talking
to
her
on
my
last
visit
she
wasn't
taking
any
notes
at
all.
If
you
want
quality
or
real
concerns
on
any
level
I
would
not
go
to
Mountainview
Pain
Clinic
at
least
the
one
on
Briarwood.
