The customer service and long term care of your jewelry is also incredible. My husband and I recently worked with Marissa, the store manager at the Park Meadows location. We were in the process of looking for an upgraded stone and setting for my wedding ring. Marissa was very professional and attentive. Over a few weeks she secured the most beautiful diamond and helped us with a setting that feels custom and special! We have purchased several beautiful pieces over the past 20 years but this experience was incredible- shout out to Marissa and her team!

John Atencio jewelers are second to none! I recently needed some service to a broken latch on my wife’s heart necklace. Upon bringing the necklace into the store at Park Meadows mall (all the way from Grand Junction, CO) the sales personal “Marissa” and “Angela” provided outstanding professional support and customer service!! They were able to satisfactorily resolve the necklace issue by completely replacing the entire necklace. “AMAZING”! The entire customer service process took less than 5 minutes and was so pleasant I was almost shocked especially in todays crazy environment and world! Job well done Marissa & Angela!!!
