I always shop at this location, I went in the store and asked for a specific product, the salesman grabbed the product and set it aside mentioned it was the last one. I confirmed i would be purchasing. As i was still shopping around another customer walked in the store and seen the product that was held for me and said they wanted to buy it. The salesman mentioned it was spoken for. Few minutes passed by and Lori the manager, sold the pair to the other customer knowing they were being held for me because it was her friend. This was the WORST customer service i have ever experienced! Lori was whispering To the customer that ended up buying the product from underneath me. Lori was very unprofessional and inconsiderate. This has left a very sour taste in my mouth, i will not be returning to this location. If i were you i would avoid this location at all cost if Lori still remains the manager!

Lori and Seth are extremely helpful and always make me feel like a valued customer. The store is always clean and products displayed impeccably despite all the customers leaving their fingerprints on the merchandise and messing up the displays. Not sure why the store decided to take away the display glass to prevent this. All high end jewelry stores have their merchandise behind display cases. Either way, this is still my favorite store and will continue coming back because of the wonderful customer service.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at this location. Lori helped me find the perfect gift I was looking for. She was super helpful and sweet. I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for, Lori showed me plenty of options. I will definitely be shopping her again!
