We called in advance for reservations and asked to be seated in the dining room. They sat us in the corner of where the pizza area is. I asked if we can be seated in dining room as per my reservation request and was told no because of covid, mean while the party that was supposed to sit 6ft next to us refuse to sit there and they were seated in dining room. I'm furious, I had guests with me from out of town party of 4 and was never so embarrassed. We are not kids you sit in the corner of a pizza joint.. The table was up against the wall where there was dried sauce on it and the molding around the window next to the table was filthy. I'm done dining at this Pizzeria. Food is great but your better off with take out. This is the second time with dining room/reservations issues they ruined Valentines days for us as well apologized and then asked me to remove the one star rating I gave them, which I did. and now the second time this....hopefully these guys get smart and get an experienced host. I'll be sure to inform my executive friends about this experience as well.

I will be coming back and stocking up on as many items as possible. ☆☆☆☆☆ 5 star places deserve great reviews. I think that I might need a moving truck. Nothing like having a tasty New York Pizza. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Great selection of food, pizza, desserts. Delicious pizza.

This restaurant is usually always good. A go to for our family for everything down to big birthday parties but lately the food has been just okay. Their customer service is great but the food has been coming out so sloppily made. It’s getting worse every time, I figured I’d order early and I’d get a better result but I just got my delivery at 4:00pm and it looks super rushed. $85 dollar order and everything looks like they just didn’t care how it was sent out to someone’s home. It sucks because there aren’t many good Italian restaurants out here. I think this will be my last order..

Loved it. I ordered a chicken parmigiana, chicken Alfredo and calamari and it was delicious. I loved the warm bread they serve before we order. I would come back again.

I ordered delivery for the Penne a la Vodka from here and was so disappointed. I’d expected from the rave reviews that it would be great, but the sauce was bland and did not have any flavor and while the chicken was cooked well, it also lacked flavor. I wish I had cheese or salt on the side to save this dish, but it was so bad that I couldn’t finish, unfortunately. This might have been an off night for the restaurant, but I probably wouldn’t give this place a second chance.

Best lasagna I've had in a long time. The portions were huge, and the wait staff was great.

Waitstaff was excellent. Our waitress was such a sweet girl. Food was very good and the Sunday pre-fixe prices were very fair. First time here. Will definitely come again. Highly recommend

I am sorry but when I spend over 100 bucks for food I expect it to be good. The chicken cutlet parm was thin and hard and the Alfredo had no taste at all. I expect more from mama lisa. So disappointed. I will only order pizza moving forward. They need to do better.

Got a family calzone with meatballs and a few other items spend probably $100 plus a week there is only like one meatball throughout the family size calzone probably 3 pounds of ricotta cheese and 2 pounds of mozzarella there take out has been horrible lately for how much money they charge compared to everywhere else it should be amazing and they charge you a hefty price to add meat absolutely disgusted it with this probably won’t eat there again and I eat there 2 to 3 times a week. Smh

Alana the manager, Xavier, Alex and the kitchen staff were AMAZING!!! My husband has food allergies and the kitchen staff went above and beyond to deliver the most delicious pasta dish ever. Alana double checked everything and got the boss’s “special olive oil” to ensure a deli yams safe meal for my husband. Thank you Mama Lisa’s for giving us our new Monday night date night dinner.

Love the Cesar salad 🥗 and chicken marsala, super yummy, comfortable atmosphere, friendly service.

Delicioso! Had a wonderful dinner here. The pink sauce is divine. Fried calamari is fabulous. Everything was tasty and the double espresso was a perfect ending to a delightful meal.

A group of 8 friends got together to celebrate one of the group's birthday. Everyone there was very friendly and attentive. Everyone enjoyed their dinners so much no one had room for dessert. We will definitely be back

My Bride and I really enjoy eating here and we are not ashamed of sharing that with friends and family. In fact those same people have gifted us on various festive occasions with certificates of various amounts. (This is a great idea for those first timers). The food is great, We have never had any issues here. I am amazed how the meal comes out hot and stays that way and yet you can begin eating right away. The Servers are always attentive and respectful they add to the whole experience. That shows management's commitment by hiring those who want to participate in the whole environment. This day we ate out for my birthday. Thank you for the enjoyable experience

We came in on a Saturday afternoon and had a superb mail. The waiter. Eric was excellent came back several times for anything we might’ve needed. Alana came by and spoke to us a couple times to see if we were satisfied and happy with that meal and the service. She also was a really nice person to see if we were happy and satisfied with everything. The hostess and other wait staff was all excellent as well. I’ve been going to the restaurant since you’ve been down the road before expanding to the restaurant that you are in now, and I gotta say that the service is continuously good. Everybody is so nice and friendly, always smiling, including the hostess. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Mama Lisa’s is my favorite Italian restaurant on the island. I have been on a quest to find the best Italian restaurant on LI for some time now and Mama Lisa’s currently holds the top spot (and I have been to many many spots). The atmosphere and the food are top notch. Perfect balance of quantity and quality while not breaking the bank. I’ve only just begun making memories here but I have no doubt the memories will accumulate tenfold in the years to come.

I order from here often. It’s consistently good and I would have rated higher however I ordered 2 large cheese pies and when we got them delivered the cheese was slid to one side. We called they said we would have a credit on my next order. On my next order they said nothing was written down the person that answered told the manager and he said he couldn’t do anything. I feel like they could have met me half way and done something. So I feel the management failed this time but I still order because the pizza is good but, no customer service satisfaction. So if I find a place equally as good I’ll switch so there is good customer service as well as good food. This is NY so pizza is everywhere. I guess it’s time to start trying new places!

It went from pricey to pricier recently, still fairly above average for what you're getting even with everyone raising their prices. There's better pizza around here but the food otherwise is decent. Their chicken fingers absolutely slap doe.

one of the most overrated restaurants on the island. it’s always a 50/50 chance of enjoying my order for me, but definitely a decent enough and affordable go to. tip: pizza is always a safer option than pasta if you’re ordering take out, they DROWN the pasta in sauce & cheese. & if you’re thinking “that actually sounds great to me” trust me it’s to the point where it does ruin the dish.

I had my daughter's bridal shower yesterday, and it was amazing! I've received many compliments from my guests on the food, service, and decor. The food was delicious! The customer service was impeccable! Although we have been customers for many years, it was the first event we held there, and it will not be the last. Thanks to AC and the staff for exceeding our expectations!
