Clean, great space for all sorts of training needs. This gym has tons of boxing equipment and training options and also has plenty of space for wrestling mats for grappling and other training. There is also a bunch of weightlifting and other fitness equipment. So the gym encompasses a large variety of training options and disciplines. Their youth programs and activities are fantastic; led by very experienced and adept coaches. Everyone feels like friends and family here. I highly recommend this gym!

Me and my three boys have worked out at Lyke’s since the gym opened at this location. I can’t say enough great this about it. Great staff, coaching, equipment, etc. My boys love it and Lyke’s has certainly helped them turn the corner and become better athletes!

Lyke's Boxing Gym and fitness is an amazing place to be! I am in this gym multiple times a week as a parent spectator and have the opportunity to observe the atmosphere, relationships, skills and overall family-like love and encouragement that is poured into everyone (parents included). I love the diversity and core values. Everyone treats each other as an equal...even the Pro Boxers. Everyone helps, encourages and supports each other to be the best version of themselves. They celebrate both the wins and the losses. Boxing and Wrestling are both offered here. I believe that all parents would agree that this is the type of atmosphere they want their children to be apart of! This is a place where hard work, dedication and commitment = growth! I'm inspired just being in the environment! The training is top-notch, the pricing is excellent! Some members drive over an hour to get to this gym because it is that good!

I saw Lykes boxing gym o e day and asked my son if he wanted to learn how to box, and he got really excited, but scared at the time seeing my son is 9 and has never been physically challenged, so we went by and talked to some of the coaches and they were all very nice, so when we signed up Tony was the coach we talked to and he's a very knowledgeable coach my son has been to a total of 5 practices and I as well as Tony can see a world of difference, he is really good with the kids and very easy to work with as a parent, so if your debating weather your son or daughter wants to learn the fundamentals and train to box come to Lykes boxing gym they will take good care of you, like family!

Lyke’s Boxing Gym provides superior training! Training is offered at any level and help you crush your goals. The vibe is great, it has a family atmosphere and the gym is very clean. I have had nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

My son attends the gym here. Tony and Jimmy are awesome coaches/ trainers. The gym is friendly and is non profit organization. They give opportunities to all ages and gives you a great experience. We have been coming here for 4 months and enjoy it. Come to Lykes gym if you want to have a welcoming atmosphere and learn boxing.

I cannot say enough great things about Lyke’s gym! Both our sons wrestling at the gym throughout the entire year and it has been absolutely awesome! Tony and his staff are always so kind, welcoming and more importantly encouraging to youth athletes. The gym is clean, has what we need for both our boys and us!! By us - I mean the Cryo Therapy! I am new to it and have really been seeing the benefits of it. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and it helps with my inflammation along with body aches. I’m hoping to to incorporate this therapy on a regular basis!

This gym is amazing!!! I have been coming here off and on since I was a kid, and has changed my life for the better and kept me out of trouble when I was going!!! A lot of the best memories in my life were related to my training and fighting or setting up and attending events put on or connected to the gym!!! Best thing a guy can do to stay out of trouble!!! And no better place to gett actual training if you plan on either just learning or taking it into a career!!!! Lyke's Boxing Gym is the very Best!!!

Joining Lykes has been such a great experience for my son Jack! Learning discipline, working hard and having so many great people around him willing to help. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the gym and everyone we’ve met there. The other boxers don’t hesitate to help newer boxers regardless of what they are doing.

Our son Dane has grown ten-fold as a wrestler under the guidance & training of these amazing coaches, dads & Tony! I can not say enough good things about the support that we have received here. Everyone here knows how to work CRAZY hard & then play hard and have fun! There are things going on year round for the kids which is a great way to keep our athletes in shape!
