Radiance Medspa is a very inviting and comfortable experience! The entrance area provides a calm and peaceful environment for clients. The staff is kind and considerate and very professional. Procedures were thoroughly explained to me, and I was given adequate time for my questions and concerns.

I’ve consistently had phenomenal service at Radiance. I live in Woodbury but travelled to the Vadnais Heights location to have my first lip filler done. My injector Rejoice was FABULOUS, and when I came back a few days later for the Bootox event she recommended at lip flip to really perfect the look. They did it on the spot and I’m a committed Radiance customer for life.

Jill was very knowledgeable and professional during my facial and dermablading procedures. She took time to explain the entire procedure and answered any questions I had about my sensitive skin. I recently had Ultherapy (full face and neck) done at the Vadnais Heights location and was impressed with Jill and Allison! Jill was the technician- she was thorough in explaining the procedure and made sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout. I'm fairly new to Radiance Medspa, but so far so good...actually very good. The place is very clean and inviting. The atmosphere in the room where I received my treatment was very inviting and peaceful. The aesthetician was very good at explaining to me what would happen. She also made sure to check on how I was doing (since the procedure I chose can sting quite a bit). I haven't done any injectables yet, but probably will since everything else has been so positive!

My first visit and Jill made me feel very comfortable, and at ease. Can’t wait for my results!!
