I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to recognize the wonderful professionals here for all the great work that they do. I have been with Droel Family Dentistry for over 15 years, since I was a child. They have helped me with crowns, replacing part of a broken front tooth, and many cleanings over the years, always ensuring that I was happy with my teeth. I'm now a young adult living in Minneapolis and I still choose to travel to the suburbs for my dental services because Droel Family Dentistry takes such great care of me. Everyone there is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and makes me feel right at home. It's clear from the conversations during my visits that that they truly care about how I'm doing overall, not just my teeth. So long as I'm living in the Twin Cities, I will continue using Droel Family Dentistry!

I’ve been going to Droel Family Dentistry for about 5 or more years now! Dr Andy has been great to work with over the last year! He helped me problem solve with a small chip in my front tooth to remove my lower built in retainer and switch to full mouth retainers at night to protect my teeth. He’s been patient and understanding as he’s had to fill the chip a few times now, and didn’t even charge me each time because he knows my wedding is coming up and knows it’s important to me for my smile to look great for my pictures! The front office staff is amazing at communication with text and email reminders. The dental hygienists are all very friendly and personable as well. They have two locations which makes it convenient for me- one is by my house and the other is close to my work! Thanks to everyone at Droel for helping me with my dental needs these last few years! :)

I have been going to Droel Family Dentistry for at 8 years and have been constantly impressed with the high level of excellence, communication, and integrity. As if this was not enough the office is filled with the most friendly caring people you could hope for. I highly recommend this Dental office for anyone looking. Droel Family Dentistry is a wonderful place to receive dental care. Doctors Andy and Natalie Droel and their staff provide excellent customer service. Upon arrival, they are welcoming, and respectful. During routine visits, the staff thoroughly cleans your teeth, takes x-rays, and carefully inspects your teeth and gums. If problems arise, they respond quickly, and they listen attentively to the account of your symptoms. Using their expertise and up-to-date technology, they are able to diagnose problems and find and implement solutions in a timely manner. If a crown is needed, they can even create it on site. Scheduling, appointment confirmations, reminders, forms, and cancellations are done with ease. In their welcoming, professional environment, it is evident that they truly care about the health of your teeth and gums, and you as a person.

I recently completed invisalign treatment and just want to shout out that Dr. Natalie is the absolute best! I was a difficult case with a severe overbite plus some fractured teeth but she was so kind, patient, and skilled and I am super pleased with the results. I would highly recommend her. Plus my husband and I have all our dental work at this clinic and would not go anywhere else. They are so skilled, knowledgable, friendly, and non judgmental.

We started using Droel Family Dentistry when we moved to Lino Lakes about 5 years ago and have always been super pleased with their efficiency, professionalism, and the friendly manner in which their staff carry themselves. Thankful to Dr. Andy and his team.

Dr Andy and Droel Family Dentistry has been amazing. I have been to both of there facilities and everyone was a pleasure to work with. I started going there right at the start of COVID. Most other dentists wouldn't even return your phone call if you were a new patient. Instead of treating me like a new patient, they treated like I had been going there for years even though there schedule was 100% full. I drive past many dentists to get to them. They are worth the drive.

I have been going to Droel Family Dentistry for 2 years and have been very happy with the staff, location and results. They were able to get me in weeks earlier than my previous dentist when I had a chipped tooth that needed repair and I have stayed with them. I like the more personal relationship that is present with the family dentistry practice.
