I'd like to give a HUGE shout out to the best dental group, collectively, all of the staff, in the Metro! Professional. Kind. Compassionate. Always taking the extra step to go above and beyond. The care shown to my family, and the exceptional accommodating dental care, is the best I've ever experienced. Have been search for a new dentist since mine retired. Isaacson Denistry is the perfect fit. The staff is very friendly and caring. My hygienist Molly is one of the best I have ever had, gentile, pleasant and very personable. Dr Peterson is outstanding at her job a true perfectionist. I highly recommend Isaacson Denistry.

Services and products are good. Billing and accounting is problematic. I, and others, have been subject to incorrect billing. Most recently I received a bill for an amount that I did not owe at all. I spoke with staff about it in person, and they said they would resolve the issue, or contact me if we needed further discussion. After a month or so of not hearing anything I get another bill. Some time goes by and it gets brought to Dan's attention that this has not been resolved. Dan then said it would be resolved and that I would be contacted. Again, a few months ago by, no communication, and another bill arrives. So I go back in to speak to them in person and was able to finally have a staff member zero my balance. This took six months to resolve, and I did not receive ANY communication from their staff aside from my stopping in to complain. After 22 years I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Do better Dan!

I've been going to Isaacson Dental for about 10 years. In that time, there have been two major procedures, and of course all minor and maintenance dental work. The whole team is fantastic and extraordinarily patient focused. They continuously make sure you are comfortable, spend extra time explaining the what, when and why of any work, and show all the characteristics of a high performance and high quality team. I have a busy schedule, and really appreciate their flexibility and sense that the patient's time is valuable. Highly recommended!

Isaacson Gentle Dentistry is AMAZING!! I avoided going to the dentist for years, because I was petrified of going. The minute I stepped foot into Isaacson Dental my fears went away. Everyone from the cheerful person that greeted me, to the dental hygienist to Dr. Weisbrod were so kind and caring. I was provided with different options on how to get my teeth repaired. They were not pushy with one option over another. I had 11 teeth pulled to have them replaced with dentures. Dr Weisbrod was so gentle and kind during the process I almost fell asleep in the chair! The Dr himself called me the day after my surgery to see how I was doing. I personally found this as going above and beyond. Oh yeah I almost forgot, my dentures fit and feel amazing! If you are looking for compassion, caring, honest, great communication from a dental office, Isaacson Dental is the place to go.
