Services
and
products
are
good.
Billing
and
accounting
is
problematic.
I,
and
others,
have
been
subject
to
incorrect
billing.
Most
recently
I
received
a
bill
for
an
amount
that
I
did
not
owe
at
all.
I
spoke
with
staff
about
it
in
person,
and
they
said
they
would
resolve
the
issue,
or
contact
me
if
we
needed
further
discussion.
After
a
month
or
so
of
not
hearing
anything
I
get
another
bill.
Some
time
goes
by
and
it
gets
brought
to
Dan's
attention
that
this
has
not
been
resolved.
Dan
then
said
it
would
be
resolved
and
that
I
would
be
contacted.
Again,
a
few
months
ago
by,
no
communication,
and
another
bill
arrives.
So
I
go
back
in
to
speak
to
them
in
person
and
was
able
to
finally
have
a
staff
member
zero
my
balance.
This
took
six
months
to
resolve,
and
I
did
not
receive
ANY
communication
from
their
staff
aside
from
my
stopping
in
to
complain.
After
22
years
I
will
be
taking
my
business
elsewhere
from
now
on.
