The Wax Strip is my go to spot for my Brazilian Wax Services! The ladies are always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! The establishment is really clean and the wait times usually aren’t that long! I highly recommend this business!

I called for a last minute appointment and they were more than accommodating! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Alexus! She gave me the best wax if ever had. She is very detail oriented and provides an amazing customer experience. I’ll definitely be back.

I enjoyed my first visit. Everyone was so sweet and kind. My wait time was every bit of 2-3 mins.

So I just left here disappointed because I’ve been waiting for like 2hr before the receptionist told me that they are only taking appointments. She didn’t tell me this when I signed in and had I known I would schedule a time to come back. The Wax strip needs to do better because I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and I’ve always done walk-ins so if something in your policy book changes inform your customers. One would think that’s the reason they take your contact info 🙄🙄🙄 am never going back there.

Everyone nice so it’s nothing against anyone. The wait combined with feeling rushed is what turned me off. I got a Brazilian Wax Thursday and when I got home that night during my shower I felt stubble. So it’s unlikely I’ll return for that service or any otherunless I have no options. I guess going to a locally owned small day spa spoiled me.

So, ASHLEY, ASHLEY, ASHLEY! That is all I have to say! I got the works, and it had been a while. She got to it, took her time. I look so much better and had no discomfort! Book Now!!! Thanks, girl! I’ll be back.

Melissa was so great!! She was very personable and made sure I was comfortable during each service. I made an appointment and barely waited 3 minutes from my arrival to when I was called back. This place is great, and the price point is very fair.

I received the Dream Vacation, and Ashley talked me through the process the entire time. She was excellent, and I was pleased with everything she did. She presented exceptional professionalism and made me feel comfortable.

The process was simple and quick! It was my first time getting a Brazilian, but she explained everything to me. It was a friendly and laid back environment, they're very friendly and helpful. Already set up my appointment to go back in April.

This star has nothing to do with the waxing..their great at that; it’s me signing in and waiting for them to tell me they forgot someone was ahead of me and I would have to wait even longer.. 🤦🏾‍♂️ … I was already tired so I left. That’s just crazy .. I don’t see how you forget that when ppl are signing in and y’all marking the list as they get completed or service.

I went here for the first time ever getting waxing done. They were very professional and very helpful with easing nerves. It was very quick even with a busy day and them being quite full. Highly recommend the folks here.

I had a very enjoyable experience I will surely be back. Alexus was very good at what she does and she gave me exactly what I asked for. I asked questions they gave great advice and they didn’t make me feel stupid for asking questions they were very knowledgeable and for that I’m so grateful.

I always have great experiences at the wax strip. You need to be flexible because sometimes they can get very busy and there is a wait. However, the wait is worth it. I leave looking and feeling better!

Melissa waxes me every time! She’s amazing. I usually go in on a weekday after 12. Not too bad of a wait but sometimes it can be if you’re there after school or work.

I believe the girl that did my brows and tint was named Tia , she was super sweet and friendly. Also the girl at the front desk was very nice as well. I always have great experience with all the employees there:)

Would give it a 5 but not everyone is that great. I can't seem to get the same woman more than once. The last woman did well but my favorite was Maria and she is no longer at this location. She was informative and very thorough with her work. Overall, would recommend.

My service was really good the lady was very nice good conversation and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and she did really great on my brows. She did make a suggestion to tint as well.

Chelsea is AMAZING! I got my my brows tinted & she matched the color perfectly. Then did a brow waxing & knew exactly how to pull the strip without causing pain. She's the only one I'll use!

Chelsea is the absolute best. Does great work, while providing good casual conversation during the procedure. Each time I come its like catching up with an old friend.

The conversation was good. The wax service was alright. I had to tell my waxer to go over some spots because hair was still present. Maria is the best to me but unfortunately she wasn’t there today. Definitely will go back on a day Maria is working.

Morgan the manager is AMAZING!! I suffer from ingrown hairs recently and the care she put into me and using different sensitive skin waxes to try to fix the ingrown issue is amazing! She is so kind, informative and educational you’ll never be disappointed in her service! And I also got a vajacial and it was amazing and my skin is so smooth! All stars possible goes to this sweet woman!
