    An extremely clean and newly designed Dairy Queen. The staff was very friendly and brought out our order to the table. Service was fast. Dining room was open which was nice as it had been closed for a long time.

    The quality of this location has really gone down hill. I ordered a blizzard and this is what I received. Not full. The worker processed to flip it but stopped halfway of a full flip. At least he flipped it; half the time I go to this location they just hand me my blizzard with a lid on and wish me a good night. I was also never asked if I wanted a receipt as I know there is a survey to ask about my experience.

    I have been coming to this location for many years. Like most fast food places, the service leaves something to be desired. While our interaction with two cashiers was pleasant, the one with the person who made our cones was not. This person made great cones in a timely manner, but they seemed to despise that they had to make them. After a kind thank you and compliment from us, smthey stormed off mid-compliment. Certainly, we understand needing to get stuff done, but a quick "you bet" or a smile goes a long way. Customers appreciate it. Anticipated response from the owner: Hi Matt, we're sorry to hear about your experience. We appreciate your feedback and are always listening to our fans. We hope you give us another chance next time you're craving DQ food and treats.

    Terrible service! The blizzards were dripping and sticky out the window, they forgot our pops(came with a meal so we were still charged for them) and one of the blizzards was a mint chip, the entire thing is a giant hunk of chocolate, which can be nice but not what I ordered. The other one, a Cotten candy blizzard had an entire bottom season of unmixed raw vanilla. The lady at the window(we when had asked for napkins responded with just a simple “the ice cream gets little crazy around here.” would not recommend visiting! (We didn’t get to go and get any of it fixed as the drive threw had a least 10 cars, and they were lined up down the road)

    Compared to other DQs the food is consistent and the staff is great. I drive past a lesser DQ to go to this one.

    I think alot of the bad reviews on here are for the other location located in Lino Lakes. This Apollo Drive location has always been great and unfortunately it is getting bad reviews due to people reviewing the wrong location

    Upper management - please let your store manager know that she is amazing! We have a child with allergies to nuts, and there was a mix-up with our order. She was made aware, had the machine cleaned, and made us a different blizzard with an upgraded size at no extra cost. Thank you for your outstanding customer service!!!

    We are still upset with this place due to their failure to support the community by allowing people to park in their parking lot for an hour to watch the parade. We did NOT eat there afterwards nor did any of the others sitting near us. Instead of the huge line after the parade of customers waiting to purchase things their parking lot remained bare. Not sure if we will ever go back here.

    We received gray hot dogs. The scariest color hot dog I've ever seen. Tried to call and tell them and after apologized to , I was hung up on. They did not seem to care that they are going to be making people sick.

    I honestly think this DQ isn't very busy. My daughter's team went here after playing the state tournament for softball. I feel like the people making the treats we ordered were annoyed by us. The girls were very respectful while we were there. The cashier working was young. But very friendly and nice. I didn't catch his name, but he was working today around 3:45 pm.     The burger wasn't that great, but my granddaughter loves the pretzel sticks. I really, really enjoyed the limited time only Snickerdoodle cookie dough Blizzard.

    We walked into an empty lobby, stood in line for more than 10m, as staff walked around us, never smiling or greeting us, nor apologizing after finally serving us. The quality here has steeply declined. We won’t be back.

    Clean store. Good food. Terrible order accuracy though and some of the workers seem a bit "slow". Went through a whole song and dance just for a side of flame thrower saice and all the manager did was pop in to say "cashier error" and they still messed up the order. Left feedback per the recept about the experience. they need staff that have some good critical thinking skills, not ones who stare at me like they just got done smoking a joint.

    Ordered a simple kids meal and they got the order wrong (no ketchup on hamburger & forgot the cone), no ketchup in bag for fries or to put on the dry plain hamburger they gave my kid. I did ask for the cone that came with the meal, and the person working the drive through acted so inconvenienced. I didn’t notice the ketchup issue until I left the drive through, so had the pleasure of listening to my kid cry the entire ride home.

    Drive through service was quick; I went about 8 pm on a Tuesday evening. Desserts were exactly what we ordered and not messy. Customer service was good.

    Literally pay a ton for "extra toppings" each time, and have nothing in it. Today once again I asked for extra toppings and it was practically straight ice cream. I unfortunately only went here because I didn't wanna drive to Coldstone. I guess I will just do that now. I don't see how they charge so much and don't add it. Incompetent kids need better training.

    The inside is never open and the drive through is so slow. I've tried getting ice cream a couple times in the evening and the drive through takes 30 minutes.

    Last time I came here they messed up my order. Gave it another shot tonight, 20 minutes I was stuck in the drive through. And it was at 8:30 so not when you would expect such an excessive wait.

    Lettuce on the sandwiches we received was rotten and brown almost black went back to store got them remade and still had the same problem. I then called them and was argued with by someone who isn't even a manager. Manager got on and same problem argued with me over the supposed "new bag". Was also told that it was pepper. Looks like nasty lettuce to me folks.

    Stood at the counter for a couple minutes and staff simply walked around doing their own thing. Didn’t wanna have to do a song and dance to get a burger so I left. Looking at the other reviews, I’m sure the food is great if they take your order.

    I really like this DQ Grill and Chill location! My last few mobile orders were made great! The cooks/staff paid attention to my food modification requests and was made to order! Friendly staff and the coupons in the mobile DQ app are a great addition! I’ll definitely be back!
