Andy and his team at Lucken Auto Glass provided some of the best customer service I have ever received. I had a crack in my windshield that was growing larger each day and wasn't sure when I'd have the time to take it in to get replaced. With Lucken the process was quick and effortless. Andy even showed up at my place of work and replaced my windshield right there in the parking lot! I didn't need to schedule an appointment and my work day wasn't interrupted at all. They will go the extra mile to provide excellent service and as a busy working mom, I couldn't have appreciated it more.

Definitely will use this company again! Very professional and friendly! I called about getting a windshield replaced and they were there the next day and it was done in about a half hour! After receiving quotes for a windshield replacement for 5 days to 2 weeks out from other companies, Lucken really pulled through. Came to our home same day within 2 hours of me calling. The install (which was for our fully cracked windshield on our family van) took hardly any time at all and the installer was great (I regretfully didn’t get his first name, but he was AL on the invoice). They handled everything with insurance too. I’ll be recommending them for sure!

Extremely professional and helpful service. Broken rear window on my Mercedes on Friday, they ordered the part, and were here on Monday to finish the job. The technicians were courteous, and affable and completed the job in under an hour. A truly outstanding service. If at any time you have auto glass needs, they are the ones to call.

My heros. ❤️ I broke my window and drove to work in the pouring rain. I called Lucken that morning and asked if they could replace it. After being turned down by many others, I was so greatful they had the time the same day. They were so incredibly nice. She told me to stay at work and they'd come to me. They told me it would be a couple hours as he had other stops first. But he actually came within like an hour and did mine right away. My new window is perfect. I called on a Sunday and Lucken were the only one who picked up my call. They came out to me on Wednesday due to recent snow storm yesterday. I didn't get their names, but two fine gentlemen showed up and finished the job in less then an hour. I'm very pleased to had them come replaces my windshield.

Little bit of a late arrival but they remained responsive, showed up and had my windshield replaced in 30 minutes for a much better price than the other quotes I got. Great job guys!

Lucken Auto Glass has been wonderful. I've had to use them twice in the last year to get my windshield replaced and the process was so smooth. After hearing from my insurance they called me to set up an appointment right away and they were able to come to my home for the replacement within the same week. I have called this place more than my own mother. Lol! The staff that I always talk to is very friendly, kind, courteous and always calls me back. We call led over the weekend when they were closed. A tree landed on our car from the storms a while back. And she said "we will be there Monday morning as soon as we grab the window and absolutely they were. A call from both the technician and the secretary morning before i even got out of bed! After that amazing prompt service and the awesome price, I won't go anywhere else. A+++

Great customer experience. Will definitely tell everyone about them. Safelite was unreliable and i happened to find these guys online and called. They came the next day....twice! Due to a mix up he had to change out the glass. But left for another job and came all the way back and worked longer to get my windshield taken care of the same day still. Very quick and friendly. One of my car windows was smashed in and because I was positive the deductible wouldn't be covered by my insurance, I called Lucken prepared to pay out of pocket. I spoke to Lou, who called my insurance provider with me in case glass was covered. It was, which was a huge relief. I so appreciated her going the extra mile for me. Gary drove out to me to fix my window, it was quick, easy, and he was very kind and professional. What I thought was going to be a stressful pain in the neck had turned out to be an easy and pleasant experience and that is because of Lucken.

This is by far the best glass company. Very professional. Fast service and done right. I had to have a back windshield replaced they came to me they were able to come out on the same day I called. Quoted me a price and that is the price I paid. Lou and Andy were from start to finish.

A Google search brought us to Lucken Auto Glass, we called & left a message for a quote. We called around to many places. Most were either booked out till the next week or the quoted price was almost 3x the average price. Lucken was able to fit us in the next day & at a very reasonable price. The next day they arrived, were very professional & friendly. They did quick work of my windshield replacement 30-45 minutes he said. I didn’t need to leave my windows down because they use great adhesive. My vehicle was able to be driven in 30 minutes. Turns out the tech was actually the owner - talk about wearing many hats.
