Great spot to get your coffee and bagels. The bagels are actually quite good! Deals are good too. This is a Caribou coffee as well. There is no drive-thru. The inside is always clean and we'll organized. The employees are always nice and patient. Parking is a bit difficult as there are other businesses in the parking lot. Cup and Cone is right next to this place as well. Overall, an excellent place to get your coffee. You can order ahead and pickup too.

This is our local coffee and bagel shop. Always friendly and prompt service. Lots of variety. Usually we'll see a friendly face or two that we know from the community. A nice place to go by yourself or with others. You can sit inside or there are some chairs and tables outside. Always clean. Ample parking. Convenient access.

Every since Bethany became the manager this store has really gone downhill. She is really rude and it is rubbing off on her employees. This is the drink she made as manager and this is one of the worse presentations I've seen from a manager. Very sloppy and how did whip cream get half-way down the cup. I come here daily and spend my money just to get poor customer service and poor presentation.

Really clean location with nice employees. I came in for a dozen today and the staff went above and beyond by wrapping all of the cinnamon sugar bagels individually. I would have just thrown all the bagels together myself! Will return soon.

Awesome Caribou location! Huge space, esp. for a Caribou, they can be pretty small sometimes. Service was friendly and fast. Made my order right. Plenty of places to sit and work or to meet people. What was super cool is they had items I haven’t seen at other locations like a overnight oats, fried chicken biscuit sandwich and also green smoothies, which were only 160 calories.

The caribou app messed up and sent my order here instead of the right place. I tried to call to cancel it but no one picked up. I called three more times and still no one picked up and the phone kept ringing. Not sure how to get help if no one picks up. Luckily the caribou at 1080 highway was very sweet and helped me out. Wish I could have my tip back though and give it to them instead.

Their services are superb. I'm happy that they still grind coffee in the bag on the spot.

Don't use this location, I ordered a coffee to be delivered, only 1 block away and my ordered was canceled with no explanation and tried to call 10 times and each time it rang till someone picked up and hung up. Horrible first experience and will continue to use Starbucks instead!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Clean environment, locks on the bathroom doors (which I appreciated to prevent them from being public bathrooms). Good service. Attentive staff.

Came in and ordered bagels early, they served many coffee orders before getting the bagels I ordered. People coming in after me were served first. Poor customer service! Won’t be back here

I had given this Caribou a 5-star review once, but have edited it to one star due to the decline in service and quality. I know my espresso and know when shots are running short (too fast) thereby creating a watered down tasting weak shot. I asked the barista to please time the shots and adjust them before remaking my drink. They ignored me and just remade it using the SAME machine. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Guess what? I got the same nasty drink. This has now happened SEVERAL times at this location. Lesson learned - not going back.

Coffee is always great and timely here. BUT... The floors, walls, and tables are always dirty. I come here about once a week in the morning right at opening, and, shockingly, they never take the time to clean before they open.

Visiting from out of state and stopped because we don't have many in my state/city. The people working, especially barista could be Friendlier.

because Bruggers had closed, I got a dozen bagels at caribou. I had forgotten why I didn't buy bagels at caribou and was reminded when I saw the choices. I am from NYC and caribou would hardly be considered real. blueberry? cinnamon raisin? and worst of all, chocolate chip! that's donut country. additionally, they were the worst tasting bagels I have ever eaten. the plain had a slightly bitter aftertaste but other than that, it was tasteless. come on guys figure it out!

I've visited this location often during the December holidays in 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022. This location has exceptional staff each year. Their speed of service for delivering coffee + food is great! Even when the line is about out the door, you still get your coffee + food in hand within 10 minutes of you ordering. This specific location gets me excited for Caribou coffee + bagels as a brand, and wishing there was one within 5-6hrs of where I call home.
