I frequent various Caribou Coffee's as I work in multiple areas of the Metro and sometimes need a place to work remotely. My number one concern becomes, does this store have an appropriate amount of outlets for all of us who need to plug in our laptops, chargers, etc. This store is FANTASTIC! There's a power strip the length of the store; seriously, not a seat in the house that doesn't have access to at least one plug-in. To top it off, the service is outstanding, and we all know Caribou has great coffee.

The coffee is amazing, much better than their competitors. What I really like is the service and friendliness of their staff. They are attentive and always with a smile. I’ll continue to go to this Caribou whenever I am in the area.

I arrived to pick up a already ordered drink online. It was made incorrectly. At this time there was one person taking orders and making drinks.. while Two other ladies were taking out frozen sandwiches laughing and carrying on. As the lady behind the counter is getting more customers, she angrily remakes my drink. I pick it up the lid that she had not correctly put on.. due to rushing I'm sure.. comes off and spills all over me. I had to literally tell the other workers to help that lady and make drink again.. every single time we go to this location. . Which is 2 mins from my home.. it's wrong. It's just wrong and awful. Please try harder. 🙏 Edit . We have given this shop so many chances.. it's very convenient to our home and spend a lot of money here. Every single dang time the order has been wrong. Wrong size, wrong drink , wrong name the last time I was there. I was the only person . One person.. got it wrong and it was the worst drink I've ever had from caribou. What the hell is happening?

I love Caribou but was disappointed this one wouldn't use my cup for my cappuccino. Not only does it help save the world but usually you get 10 cents off and all the other Starbucks, Caribou's and coffeeshops accept reusable cups. Oh and please buy a new toilet seat for the men's bathroom. Thanks.

Thought I would pop by to grab a quick cup since I had some extra time before a morning meeting. One person in line in front of me and 3 people working. Took 12 minutes to get just a plain cup of coffee. Burned all my spare time just waiting to place an order.

Great coffee shop! Fast and friendly service. Enjoyed our beverages which were made correctly as well. Never had an issue here.

Got my new favorite drink, but didn't realize until I was already out of thr parking lot that the lady totally made it wrong and she out gross mint topping on my turtle mocha nitro cold brew.....totally ruined it and waste of money. I couldn't turn around to go back in for a new one either as I had to get to work. Super disappointing.

Great service and coffee but the chicken apple sausage sandwich was almost inedible. The patty was gray and rubbery like a sponge. And upon close inspection, there was nothing resembling chicken. See for your self.

The staff is fast and efficient and extremely friendly. Even on busy days with alot of people ahead of you and all the on line pick up you still are only waiting a maximum of 10 minutes. The staff is so friendly and nice and make you feel very welcome and are all extremely pleased to help you in anyway they can. I get coffee atleast 5 times a week for months now and I only have had one mess up on an order they quickly fixed my order and had me on my way. The shop is extremely clean and I always see staff cleaning tables and disinfecting surfaces.

Coffee is always the best. A pleasant atmosphere with good people! I had fun looking at all the cups and gift ideas they have added.

Caribou is an important running errands stop for my partner and I, it's a date place we try to go to as much as possible. We both get turtle mochas.

worst matcha i’ve ever had and it was not your traditional matcha !

My order came out very fast and the employees were very polite!
