Superb escape room, would highly recommend. We did Age of Magic as a group of 6 and it was spot on, the clues were fun and the room flowed well. Loved the ambience and decoration. Jacob was a great host too!

we did ram raid! it was incredible and we definitely recommend it was quite hard or maybe we were just a bit thick in the head 😭😭 group of 5 and we missed 3 clues to finish. our host owen was incredible and so helpful! definitely recommend escape reading

A really good escape room (and we’ve done more than a few). We did Ram Raid, with Emily as our driver. She was great and the room was a good challenge. Highly recommend 😁

We played age of magic - and turned up as a tipsy group of 4! Josh was incredibly accommodating as our GM and our experience was fantastic. We’ve played the vampire room down at the other location and this room did not disappoint at all. We even left with a fridge magnet - courtesy of Josh, as a token of our escape!

We had such a great time at Escape Reading completing the Age of Magic Escape Room. Our host Jacob was brilliant and made the experience even more enjoyable. The decor of the room was unbelievable and the puzzles were fantastic! This was our 4th visit to Escape Reading and we would recommend to anyone who is thinking of playing an escape room - you definitely won’t be disappointed! :)

The rooms at Escape Reading are excellent, we have played most of their offerings over the years. The Reading West location isn't the best to get too and you feel like you might be in the wrong place as you stroll past the houses, however inside it has a welcoming clean feel. The other location near to the Town centre is much more accessible. The rooms are some of the best we have ever done, each room is clever, exciting and themed amazingly, you feel you've been properly transported to the game location. The hosts have always been good to us and give us hints only if progress has stopped. I recommend highly.

We've done several puzzles now and they've all been great! We (just about) completed Ram Raid today and loved it. Emily was a great host and hope to have her as our guide next time we visit!

What a hidden gem!! LOVED this magic themed escape room. I’ve done a lot of rooms, and this one was definitely one of my favourites. Awesome puzzles, amazing theming & friendly host Owen who was in costume. Will be trying out their other rooms asap.

Did Kidnapped and Ram Raid escape rooms over the weekend and they were incredible! The hosts were friendly and chatty before and after doing the room, didn't feel rushed to leave once room was done. We did kidnapped first, loved it so much we went and did another one in the afternoon!

We've done 2 with Escape Reading now and both have been excellent. Perfect level of difficulty (challenged us, without frustrating us so we got out with less than ten minutes to spare each time) and beautifully designed and set up. This isn't one of those "random, slightly rubbish puzzle in someone's basement" but a really professionally done escape room that surprises and makes you laugh regularly.

Went with our little one for Age of Magic and it was an amazing experience. Well designed rooms and puzzles. Our host Tom was very friendly and helpful too. Looking forward to our next visit :)

We played Ram Raid and it was such a fun experience! all the details that we missed and had to be kindly reminded of and then finding out how to do it were so clever! we unfortunately arrived late, however Owen was amazing and swiftly got us up to speed and we managed to get everything done in the hour time we had! Great experience and such a fun take on an escape room!!

Location easy to find and plenty of parking nearby. Jacob was super friendly. We did the Age of Magic room. The theming was superb, really authentic. The puzzles were fun and the room was full of little details. Highly recommended and will come back for more rooms.

Really brilliant escape room in reading. We did the Ram Raid and it was so much fun. Had a party of 6 of us including 2 children and worked really well. The set design and set up for this is excellent. Well worth a visit

We played Ram Raid and Age of Magic. Both games were fantastic in both puzzle design and set design. I would love to gush about how fun both games and go in to detail, but that would ruin the sense of discovery these games both had. Definitely worth a trip to play!

Age of magic was the most immersive escape room I have ever played. The production value was insane. Would play another room here and highly recommend Age of Magic to anyone considering it! Josh was a great host too!

This was a New Year Surprise for a family outing. 6 people with ages ranging from 8 to 70 tried to break the codes in the Age of Magic. It was very entertaining and all participants really getting into it through the hour. We were very relieved to solve all puzzles with just over a minute to spare..would recommend this.

We completely loved the age of magic escape it was magical and so much fun Owen was absolutely amazing and made the experience great he was so lovely. would definitely recommend this room it was brilliant.

Amazing escape room experience. I did the Age of Magic escape room with my friends to celebrate my birthday and the theming was fantastic along with the many puzzles. Jacob was very friendly and enthusiastic and an amazing host overall. Had an amazing time and would definitely recommend.
