The conditions of the conures living in this store is appalling. They don’t have a single comfortable perch because the perches are attached to platforms causing their tails to rest on the platform and get damaged. Not to mention it is uncomfortable for them. These poor birds sit in the store for months and months with only a single toy to keep them occupied . They can’t even climb because the enclosures are glass instead of bars. Petco needs to do better and upgrade the enclosures or stop selling live birds .

The best staff. Small store, doesn't carry everything but do try the Cat Sushi - dogs also love it!!

During a visit to pick up a beta, I noticed they were extremely busy at checkout. But there was no need for dread. With a push of a button, an automated announcement help came quickly. I really love their attentiveness to all their customers, from bipedal too quadruped. I wish I could have this experience everywhere.

Average Petco, good selection and has everything I need for my spoiled dog. Prices are average and sometimes they have good sale prices on products I need with no need to load coupons. I would definitely recommend signing up for vital care and downloading the app!

Love this Petco. It is super close to my house, but more than that every single employee there has always been super nice and helpful. The place is clean and well stocked. They are always willing to check in the back if they are out of something on the shelves.

I come here often because I live so close by it and just a godsend. This petco isn't like what I had seen growing up. They are evolving and carrying natural products and I love it.

I have never been to this location, but this is my new go to. Elina the groomer took such good care of my babies, she did a great job with their haircuts. She will be their groomer from this day forward thank you Elina.

01/23/24 7:35 PM I stopped in last minute looking for a new pet for my nephew. The girl with black hair on duty was making me very uncomfortable. She didn’t welcome us in. She was on her phone the whole time, and just kept looking up to stare at us. We actually needed help with one of the reptiles and she just stared at us creepily. Definitely write her up for being on her phone and being unfriendly to customers.

They got my dog in soon for grooming which was great. But then they were done within 1.5 hours. Which had me wondering since they usually say it'll be about 4 hours before she can be picked up. When my bf got her back home I noticed that she still had matted hair in her ears, long pieces of hair left all over her and that her face was still long and barley even trimmed. Leaving eye boogies still stuck in her face hair. I take her to Petco monthly for grooming. Not this location usually. But I expected better results then this. Especially since it cost me $75 compared to the usual $55.... Very disappointed.

Ailina was my dogs groomer and she did an amazing job on my baby both my babies! Ain't nobody dope as me I'm just so fresh and clean!

Beware!!! Do not buy fish from here...fish had ich bacteria and killed all my other fish within days. The so called aquatic expert knows nothing, even struggled tying the bags of fish. Highly recommend the golden location.staff there is far more educated on aquatic life.

I always go to their Vetco clinics. Super professional staff, great prices, and easy to use. There is no way they can be beat in terms of getting vaccinations.

The groomer was very combative regarding if I had rabies vaccinations for my dog, when they were saved to her account. She said I had three accounts but only one had the correct spelling of my dogs name along with her picture and records. She didn’t want to cut my dogs hair the way I wanted, she said she wanted to do something more breed specific, I informed her my dog is relocating to a warm climate and I need what I requested. I shouldn’t need to explain that when I’m the person paying for the service.

My puppy is over heating as she needs a hair cut in the summer and after waiting for my appointment and making sure I have her vaccine print out I get there for them to tell me they don't cut puppies hair only their nails and make noise around them. If that's the case why not tell me that when I made the freaking appointment! Complete waste of time.

I got a new baby parrot and he escaped from the large cage I prepared the minute we came home. I went to Petco for a great smaller cage for the first few days. They had everything

I'm trying to remember her name but she was a blonde lady and associate working there she helped me pick out a dog harness and she was fabulous. As soon as I asked my friend what her name was I will come back and post her name. The check out lady was pretty decent as well

Schedule fora dog grooming That online cost $90 , when I came there after a little talk the price of grooming was cost $100 then she told me that she recommended for a shading shampoo, I am like a great customer told her” ok, how much will be the total?” She told me $125 I said “ok” when I came to pick up my dog she gave me a bill of $140 😡 when I asked the answer was because it took me one hour to brush him and the funny part was at the register when the cashier lady mentioned me over and over that I need to pay tip Literally almost forced me to tip

I'm a new pet owner, so I'm just figuring out what my pet needs. I went to Petco for a certain food that our pet was already used to. In general, prices on everything seem inflated, and I was up sold on their monthly subscription , which so far is working out as long as I buy that specific food... But I'll keep evaluating if it's worth it. But the staff are nice and seem knowledgeable and it hasn't ever been very busy.

Outstanding grooming! I was hesitant to switch, but I am SO glad I did. All of our dogs will be going here moving forward.

Went to buy a reptile and asked for help immediately i was told I MUST buy a $240 kit or more or wouldn't sell to me. I even asked to show me fish tanks and she wouldn't saying that if im not willing to spend the $ she wasn't willing to sell it to me. I left they only want to up sell, go somewhere else i will NEVER go back.

Conveniently located in Tiffany Plaza shopping center near Whole Foods, this Petco has plenty of parking and is usually well stocked. Friendly staff. They do adoption events and have grooming facilities too. If you download the Petco app, you can earn rewards on items and giving you a free bag after you buy 8!

Rude front cashier. She was unkind and interrupting. It felt like my ten year old. granddaughter, our puppy and I were an irritant. Will not return. Placed desired purchases back on shelves and excused ourselves. Went to Walmart and picked up exact same items and spent less money without feeling unwanted.

We adopted a dog a few weeks ago, and the staff here have gone above and beyond to be supportive. They’re exceedingly knowledgeable, kind, patient, and SO thoughtful. Truly could not get better customer service, especially when you have new-dog-parent nerves! We love it here.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful! The reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is because they were out of the size bag of kitten food I needed so I had to buy the huge bag which I'm afraid will stale before I use it all. Other than that - always a great experience.

Shawn is an amazing groomer. We brought our rescue Great Pyrenees to get groomed for the first time and she was soo sweet with him. He looks amazing, lost 20 pounds in fur. Will be back!
