I went to Dr. Murphy twice and had terrible experiences both times. The work is technically good but the bedside manor is terrible and there was MLM literature on the counter. They push an unnecessary DNA testing swab for gingivitis I regret purchasing. I found another local dentist that was much much better, they did not even support the original gingivitis diagnosis and Dr. Murphy's office was difficult to work with. My gut said run and I wish I had!

I was really disappointed with my first, and what will be my only, experience at Murphy Dental. I scheduled a cleaning with them, which required at least three phone calls to work out an appointment as well as insurance, and numerous texts back and forth. After spending that much time on the phone with them and confirming time and time again that my insurance would cover my cleaning, I show up for my scheduled appointment to learn that I am not actually scheduled for a cleaning. I was told that it is industry standard to provide essentially a check up before a cleaning, which my previous dentist simply combined all in one appointment since this "check up" takes less than 15 minutes, but no one mentioned this during any of the phone calls or texts when I had asked to schedule a cleaning, nor did they let me know that I should schedule two appointments. When I asked why I was not informed of this prior to my appointment, one of the staff literally threw up her hands and walked away from me. Poor communication and poor customer service.

Dr. Murphy’s office was nice and very clean. The staff was kind and professional. Best teeth cleaning I have ever had. Rachael, the Hygienist, was kind, professional, and very thorough. She went above and beyond to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Murphy was friendly and thorough as well. I appreciated how he explained different treatment options which gave me a sense that he truly cares about his patients. I will definitely be going back to Murphy Dental.

Murphy's Dental is phenomenal! I have major anxiety issues with any Doctor or Dentist related stuff and now need tons of work done due to me not getting to a Dentist is a very long time. All of the ladies there were great! Big shout out to Lilly and Stacey at the front dest they were super sweet and friendly. Beth my Dental assistant was amazing! Took very good care of me with absolutely no judgment and only cared about getting back on a healthy track. As for Dr Murphy he is absolutely the best Dentist or Doctor I have ever seen hands down. Very professional and even if it hurts to smile you just can't help yourself. The inviting nature and care is truly top notch. If I could give a six star I would. I will never go anywhere else. ☆☆☆☆☆☆

Best place in Northern Colorado. Modern and new equipment that help make cleaning my teeth often very enjoyable.

They recently moved to a new location just off of South Timberline on Caribou in a lovely office park. Dr. Murphy and his awesome staff have been such a help to me getting some broken and infected teeth removed a while back as an emergency patient. Now setting up a plan for better upper denture and lower partial. I'm 72 years old and this Dental family is the best, most patient-friendly, and affordable for me.
