They have a great selection BUT it is always so busy that the line wraps around to the entrance. They either have a staffing issue or they just don’t care to open the registers up. I’ve gone 3 times and wasn’t able to buy anything because of the (no exaggeration) hour long line

The lady that checked me out at the registers, I believe she said her name was Jas, she was an amazing employee, with an amazing attitude and she brightened my day! She started a conversation about pets when she rung up the toys I bought for my dogs, and we had a really good talk about our pets while checking out. She seems to be an amazing employee. One of my favorite stores.

Very clean store, one of the bigger stores compared to the tigers. Tons of furniture and house decor to choose from!

Lots to choose from, but always have super long wait in check out lines no matter what day or time of day I have gone. Forget about going closer to the holidays, the lines wrap around the store. Good assortment of things to choose from though.

I went in to return one five dollar item. There was a line wrapped around the store that would have taken an hour. I was told by the manager I had to wait in line for an hour to return my $5 item. Ridiculous. Horrible customer service. This place has always been rude and the manager is horrible.

I love both if these stores, but they were in total disarray yesterday. I know it's getting close to the holidays, and lots of restocking and merchandising is happening,, but it was hard to walk through the stores and find anything. I'm sure given another week everything may be organized!! Both stores are very favorites if mine, so I will go back!!

Prices were good. They had alot of stock. The store was clean. We needed help and we received it cheerfully.

Although I like TJM & HG, sometimes check out lines at these “combined” stores can be a nightmare! To wait to pay for a piece of clothing while someone is checking out a cart full of home goods can deter me from the purchase. I prefer going to one store or the other.

Over all this location if you want first pick come in the mornings the tjx side The style of the store is cluttered/ disorganized groups everywhere clothing here leans more towards older styling jewelry in case and purses are hit or miss depending on your style not a whole lot of name brand here and if there are it goes fast HomeGoods side is more of an iSpy/thrift style more big pieces if you like multiple styles/colors would recommend here but if you like same style/color maybe can elsewhere Pro: offers loyalty cards ,homeGoods can help with carrying out large items, can wrap items but don’t have them wrap everything ,different verity Con: Wouldn’t recommend working here especially younger people, signage is only in English not Spanish ,lines can get very long 50/50 with being handicapped accessible You can only buy jewelry at the jewelry counter and makes sense I see a lot of people try to skip the line and check out there maybe the store should consider a 20 item or less to get more people out faster

Every time I go this place smells like a warm stinky gym locker. Maybe change your filters and turn on the ac? Other than that the place has some good deals if you are willing to dig for them. It’s one of the more messy locations and not my favorite. It seems like they get the castoffs from other stores.

It’s ok not many clothes for men but worth a stop in to see what you will find

Personally I know first hand what a great and unique company this is. During one of the saddest times of our history they lost several key employees. Many others were in other country's on buying trips. Nothing was flying into the U.S.A. after 9-11. The TJX Cooperation hired a private 747 complete with bedrooms, chef's to cook anything their employees may have wanted. They wanted nothing but first class comfort for their employees who were like family to help with their grief. They flew into Canada and then were taken but first class bus back to Massachusetts. I will not disclose the cost which was huge for just over twenty people. I feel if they cared that much about their employees they deserve my respect and support. You can't beat their prices or quality. Thank you for reading!

With my lack of fashion sense I'm glad Jen is there. Excellent and friendly customer service and great fashion advice from Jen. 😎👍. Prices are a great deal but you can't hesitate as once items are gone they are gone. No available men's shoes is the only sad point.

I always find what I am looking for at this store. Check-out lines can be brutal this time of year and some cashiers are more personable than others, but if you're looking for great merchandise at budget friendly prices, this is your place.

I requested the price, however I should not have touched it. She handed a matching bracelet to me, then placed the necklace back on the stand grumbling she didn't have time for this, I wanted to take a picture to send to the person I wanted to buy it for. I said I will return since I needed a confirmation if she liked it. Since it was in the case, if she just told me the price and warned me she would have to sanitize it I would have not touched it. Before I knew it she took it away and said in a sarcastic tone YOU have a great day.

Store in Castle Rock Nice store kept clean and organized. Everytime ive been there Ive found what I went there looking for. People working there are very helpful and friendly Outerbanks themed room!

I always find something, last trip we found black out curtains and a little table for the sofa. I would stay away from the food though, we bought two jars of honey and it seemed like it had gone bad.

Always lots of great items at great prices. It’s just as much fun just looking around the store as it is to shop. Very clean and well organized. Friendly, helpful associates.
