Room was not clean, and was smell like cigarettes, i booked different and they provided me different room. Even Quality of room was very bad. Water was coming of from bathroom. TV was not working properly. Though i complaint about it 2-3 time no one came to repair it. Food quality is also bad here. Specially coffee and tea are very bad in quality. Breakfast fast quality was not good and they do not varieties in breakfast. Even they don't provide coffee and not even cup for tea. Behaviour of staff was rude.only Wi-Fi was good here.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 days 3 days with OYO and we extended through hotel for 2 days. The first days were good. From the third day the problem begins. Through out these days they did not changed bedsheets and cleaned the room or bathroom after being told them several times they did not attended our request for cleaning the room. They took almost double the money than OYO booking when I asked them they said a reasonable price and raised the price when I paid. Food is super expensive 460 for a egg bujia of 2 eggs, Four tava rotis and a chai. After all of these issues what they were worried was other costomers will hear us. They were not even apologitical about what they did. You can see uncleaned rooms in the photos. I came back from work at night seeing this it is horrible experience. Bed is soft kind which creates backpain so beware of that too ..

I belive in past review in hotel website i book a room for a one night stay, staff are unsupported... Complete low class service and rooms are not looking like in pictures. Even they were not provide water bottel. Worse experience for one night stay........ For enjoying with a girl i think its oky..... But official stay its not recommended.

Excellent service, all folks are very helpful . My wife and I stayed for 5 days and didn't feel any hassle. Rooms are basic but good. Very few amenities but good. Seriously, try it. Advice to management: please allow for changing of AC temperatures by giving remotes as it gets way too cold at night.

Overall, the room and it's facilities were satisfactory. The biggest assets of this place are the tidy room and washroom, timely help and service by staff, minimal power outages, and facilities such as TV and AC. The frequent Wi-Fi disconnection was a massive disappointment. Food and beverages from outside aren't allowed here, but the in-house restaurant is not a better option. Food is pricey, and doesn't live up to the mark. The complimentary breakfast is often oily and doesn't seem like an enticing option. There is a hidden service charge of 100 rupees which is charged during checkout, which was not disclosed ahead of time and is equally disappointing. A couple of times, the water supply to the room was stopped, which was rectified only upon request. Overall, this hotel is a good place to stay, but the drawbacks make it average at best.

Didnot get 4 bed room, despite of advance booking. Rude staff. No gyser in one bathroom. May not recommend.

For a hotel in aerocity area, this hotel is very affordable, very well connected to main roads and hospitable. The hotel offers in-house cab service to airport alongside lunch/breakfast and dinner that one can opt-in for.

Most of the rooms has no window. So, if ACs malfunction or poorly function or stop functioning, then it's a nightmare, which can happen anytime as the ACs are old & doesn't work well as it happened with us. Hotel don't provide alternative room. Worst experience.

The place situated close to all the working places, airport, etc. I liked the stay there as it was clean, affordable and very supportive staffs who will help you in their best way possible. Overall a good place to stay.

Very poor. Rooms condition very bad and pungent smell. Staff behaviour was very bad he argued with the guest. Lift getting stuck frequently. I entered the room and came out at the same time. Asked to change the room and he denied all rooms are occupied and all rooms are of same conditions. That manager there told if i wanted to go i can go there will not be refund and he argued with irrelevent logic and he told his hotel is running without you. Regarding elevator / lift stucking that guy said it is an electrical part and it will stuck any time and frequently, they can not do anything. Strange!!!!!!

Rooms are not clean at all.i requested one triple room but when I go there it's a double room ..no hot water no chair to sit.found one insect in the bathroom. But service is good and staff is also good and helpful.
