Tonight there was an employee that helped me, and others with an elderly man that fell he was drunk. After calling rescue to make sure he was okay after his fall i took him home. He's an amazing young man he did everything by the book. More people should help make our Johnston streets safe. We kept the older gentleman safe, and jail free. Thanks to that employee you hired i didn't get his name he knows who he is. 🙏

I usually have a pleasant experience here how ever I can’t say the last few mornings I have, they are rarely stocked up on the most used containers, cups, napkins amongst other things as well! I truely get that this is a very busy place and many people stop here! However I can get over the fact of asking some rude attendants for covers or napkins! But one thing I refuse to get over is the very rude and unprofessional; unpolite SANDY she is always giving dirty looks to people and over is just unfriendly so I’m thinking she is not in the profession! She is constantly eating behind the counter while taking money and credit cards form customers as well as touching there newly purchased merchandise with her greasy dirty hands! Never mind talking with a mouth full of half eaten food GROSSSSSSS! I was honestly sick to my stomach! Unacceptable!!

Remember when they had good pizza slices. Now it’s just a dreadful option. I visit 3-4 nights a week and it’s just hard and dry pizza.

Cashiers are friendly. Pizza slices went from good to bad. Stop in every night and they are overcooked and dry. You cut the size, raised the price and gave up any quality controls in place. C’mon great slices for years. Get back in the game

I’m just so confused as to why this 24 hour establishment is closed at 1:15am. The other day there was a sign that says they can’t make food cuz they are short staffed ???? Makes no sense and also that they can take cash only . I just don’t get how you can run a 24 hour establishment like that there’s no excuse at all

I like Cumberland farms because it's located very close to my home. They have my bank ATM machine there. I'm also pretty much aware of what they have there so I know where to go if I need a certain thing. They're open 24 hours. They also have the gas pumps outside. So basically it's a very clean convenience store and they're very helpful

This use to be a good place but it has gone to hell never have anything and it's never clean they never put paper in at the gas pump if you want a receipt always have to go in some time people don't want to go in pump gas and get their receipt and go and not wait in that crazy line seriously they need to get their act together because this the third time you would think since shell is close for awhile they would step their game up I can't wait for shell to come back

Lately been super trashed. Spills/stains on floors, dirty bathroom, unflavored sodas, unfilled machines, pastries stale. Went in recently to play numbers and was denied service for being underage. I am 20, the legal age is 18 for lottery. The manager who was at the register was adamant that I couldn’t buy the tickets and had a general negative demeanor. Nail in the coffin for me to not return to this particular Cumberland Farms.

I visit this Cumberland farms every morning before work which is right near my home. Love the new store! Especially the coffee, excellent!! The prices and the variety are super great. The associates are usually pleasant and the gas is always the cheapest. I love visiting any new concept stores. The revamping of most of the stores was a great idea and In my opinion saved CF. It has brought old school CF customers back and many more. I travel a lot for work and there’s not many CF around. I am a die hard Starbucks customer, but if there happens to be a CF in the area I choose them over Starbucks. I also enjoyed Dunkin‘ Donuts at one point. But with a few bad experiences and the coffe just not good anymore, that relationship has severed. I’m afraid the same thing is about to happen with CF. Lately I’ve notice the upkeep is not consistent and the customer service is sometimes spotty. Ive only had a few bad experience with CF but I think the other day topped the cake. Why is the associate at the register eating while tending to the customers? Why is popcorn flying out of her mouth while she’s chomping away and talking too customers 😳. Her name tag wasn’t on and I’m pretty familiar with most of the associate there, but I had never seen her before. So I’m guessing she is new! That experience was just as bad as this past summer... The ice machine was down one day. They placed a cooler full of ice on the ground as a replacement. A large coffee cup was the ice scooper. A man at the gas pump whose was filling his gas cans, spills the gas all over the cans and his hands. He proceeds to wipe the cans and hands as best as he can. He then goes in the store to make a coffee, uses the cup for his ice scooper and throws it back in the cooler. While the next customer uses that same cup/scooper to make their coffee 😳. Meanwhile I’m looking around thinking this has to be joke!! Sometimes on my way home I will stop in for a coffee and the counter where the coffee is prepared is a mess. It makes me want to just leave! I’m afraid the cleanliness and the customer services is failing and I’m reminded of the old days of CF where it just wasn’t a great place to visit. CF has done a great job with there new concept and I think has come a long way. Please continue to communicate with the associate to continue keeping the store a great place to visit. Thanks

I love this Cumbies! You can't beat the 24 hour access. Nothing like a pepperoni pizza at 3 am for only 7 bucks. Love it!
