This place is near IT entrance so its easy to locate. The food is good. I always eat here. Takeout or dine in.the staff are ok. I love the sauce here.

I was here for dine-in today. The food is awesome. It's just that, the service is very slow. I ordered from 12:02pm and it was served at 1:08pm. I follow up at around 12:33pm and the cashier was do a follow up to the cook. And around 1:07pm, I saw that the other customers were served whom were late comers than me. So I follow up again. And at around 1:08pm my order finally was served which is chowpan rice with siomai and pineapple juice. So almost 1hour I was waiting for the order. I'm so hungry that time. But anyway, the food is great. Just a little bit salty maybe because of rush when I did a follow up for the second time. But overall, it's nice. (Ps, the crew was asking for forgiveness for the delay.)

Food is no longer is the same as before. Taste is different. Sweet and sour pork no longer taste the same as before. Staff is grumpy. Place is a bit hot. Ac is probably not working or not turned on. Place is clean though so ill give it an overall 2. Chowking used to be my go to restaurant but not anymore.

Aircon is not working. Feels like you're in a sauna everytime i dine in. Hoping management can improve on this part. Also, the spoon and fork are super hot seems like they came from hell.

This chowking branch is the worst branch ive eaten in. First time ordering there and their glass was not properly washed, theres like dirt at the bottom and i odered a chowfan takeout (it was half full, i dont know if this is normal in other branches as well). Decided to give eating here a try again, i ordered their lumpia, but was not given any sauce, so i asked for sauce, but the waitress said theres no sauce for their lumpia... But after i ate and passed by other tables, i saw some new customers who has the sauce.... Like wth???... Im never eating here again. Pls improve your cleanliness and service its so disappointing...

Very hot outlet... Staff admitted that Aircon unit has been defective for a month now... No wonder - most tables are vacant

We came in for dinner and ordered.lumpiang shanghai and beef siomai amongst other items.When the food arrived, sunog yung lumpinag shanghai.plus no soy sauce was served together with the siomai. When the Manager was asked about the sunog na.lumpiang shanghai, icheck nya daw. That means she does not even know that the products under her supervision and shift is not being cooked properly and according to standards. When asked for soy sauce, out of stock daw. When we asked why they didn't inform us in advance, sagot nila.is because we didn't ask!!!??? When asked why no napkins was provided, they said it is only upon request and not automatic. Service here is terrible and the quality of service we used to have from other branches is definitely way better than the service here. Cashier Jennelyn's service was bad....worse is the service of Store Manager Glory who did not show any kind of empathy. Did not even show that she was actually apologetic at all about the bad experience we had.

The location is nice however the waiting time for your order took a while

Large area for dinning. Accessible and very good staff service, aircon is a bit slow making it too warm.

One of the two Chowking restaurants in Cebu IT Park. It is a small branch with indoor an a strip of outdoor seating along the pavement. Typical Chowking menu and service. I ordered halo halo this time, it was fine but it needed a little bit more of milk. I love the pattern on the floor though.

Not bad but they can do better with food portions doesn't match whats advertised on menu, plus i asked for no ice on my drink's still got and bad attitude towards none phillipinos.

It's located along Geonzon St. inside Cebu I.T. Park, the store have multiple seats and great space which is enough to accomodate people who works and visits I.T. Park that plans to dine here, it's not that crowded compared to other fast food restaurants in the area. Food is delicious. However, some staff are unwelcoming and rarely smile when talking, I've been here several times and they still act the same. Cleanliness is poor, you can notice tables not properly wipe.

I always love the fried rice with halo-halo combo. It's a must to have the ube flavored ice cream on it.

The usual Chowking fare. It was good. We had Chaofan with Steamed Siomai toppings and Lauriat.
