This is a top which I purchased from kalyan on the last week . the quality of the dress is very poor as you can see.and paid 1200 rs for this..even I don't wash thus dress...such a bad quality dresses they are providing using a big brand name..very much disappointed

We went to Kalyan silks expecting a good collection of clothes since it is one of the best textiles in Palakkad. But the experience was really disappointing. It might be providing a good collection of sarees/silks and ethnic wears. But when it comes to modern wears and lingerie for women ,kids section ,etc the collection is really pathetic. And about the service of the staffs, they were just walking behind us. If we ask them anything, they would show somebody else to ask. And poor knowledge about the stuff they are trying to sell.! And the floor was congested with some staffs, a few customers and cloths!

I am a regular customer of kalyan silks palakkad. Whenever I come to shop if Shalini is free she always helps us to find out the matching color and the new collections even if we don't ask for that..Thanks to her warm and courteous behavior.

Wonderful Shopping Experience I used to shop on different places in kerala but Kalyan silks gave a different experience. I a highly impressed with Running section and rare collections. Their hospitality was excellent and i guarantee a complete joyful experience on Kalyan Silks and running section sales executives

They provided good services. It is big store and they've got nice collection for saree of all types and other dress materials that too on a reasonable Pricing. Staff was very politie, helpful and quite cooperative.

I purchased really beautiful bridal sarees from kalyan silks palakkad today...the staff from the bridal section had real patience and very friendly staff who helped me pick lovely authentic kanjeevaram sarees for my friends and me...am really thank full to them for the love and patience showered by the...wishing them good luck

Went here recently while the Aadi sale was live. My mom picked some dresses with offer. ha ha ha, the fun was out of 4 item choosen 3 was torn or damaged. Thanks to the sales girl, she checked the dress from there only before going to billing section. Does aadi sales means you guys will dump all the damaged or old stock in your shop and sell those? Old ladies will spend hours to select dresses and finally they are seeing the dress has some problem, is not really fun. Again they have to spend hours to re select other items.

Excellent selections and the staff were really nice and helpful and knowledgeable with every piece they showed, very impressed definitely worth the visit.

Today I went to Kalyan at Palakkad and I am very happy bcoz of the staff her name is Sarojini. She was so helpful and polite towards the customers. She was handling 2/3 customers in same time and satisfying everybody. A special thanks to Sarojini❤️❤️ One month before I came to buy same thing from the same section but that time the experience was pathetic. And I left the shop within 10 mins. The attitude towards customers is very important and we should feel comfortable. I am not blaming anybody. Just sharing my experiences.

Good . Best outlet by Kalyan silk .... Have better collections , Highly branded products are good , compared to that the products with less brand value are not good , so recommended to buy branded products prizes maybe high but worthy . Good customer support.

Bad experience 1) Clothes are overpriced. 2) Very bad experience from the staff service. They just walk behind us giving no freedom and peace to select the clothes.( Time to change kalyan silks, most of the shops have changed this old method of interacting with customers.) And they get angry when we don't buy the cloth from that section. We customers have all the right for not buying the cloth if we didn't like it.Please tell the staffs to behave properly .

Good variety across price points, helpful staff. Size issues for 3/4/5XL salwars - all were tight. They need to research more on women's body shapes if they want to cater to my kind better 😃

Bit concerned about the quality of Dresses in kids section. Dresses in the kids section seems to be overpriced when compared to its quality. Not all, but most of the dresses we liked had some or other issue in terms of quality.

Worst service ever, we bought suits for 10k Nd did small tiet on pant, next day i went there to change the suite, am able to pay more or anything, but they said thay cant do anything and the staff smiling on my face, i can see that , they are teasing me in their mind. Really worst , u should not forget customer is the king. Not kalyan silks
