I got my money stolen in my room while the door was locked. There isn’t any camera in the hallway. Be careful! Apart from that, everything was great!

Stayed there for a couple of nights, nice place. I got my stuff stolen one day and the reception couldn’t care less, she just shrugged when we asked for a little but of help, which made me think it might be a regular occurrence. We left the place that moment to keep our belongings safe

Got charged twice, I paid cash and then they charged my credit card days later. If they reply after days then they keep saying they noted I didn’t pay, but that’s not the case unfortunately. Make sure you get a receipt if you pay cash so they can’t fool you! Also got put into a mixed down even tho I booked female, only noticed when I woke up because I didn’t see anyone in there when I checked in.

Don't go there the staff of the hostel who was the only people to have the keys of my room stole me 650usd when I wasn't in my room !

I was alone in my room only the hostel staff had the key so it's obvious that they stole my cash that was hidden in my stuff. Don't go there

Relaxed and chill hostel, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The place is very quiet and often not full so you can meet some people while having some quiet time. Free breakfast, happy hour cocktails and the pool for this price is definitely a gem in Granada!

Hostel with hot water! The hostel is located a 5-minute walk from the main avenue of bars. A bed cost us $11 a night for a room without air conditioning and with an additional $1 you can upgrade to a room with air conditioning, a small pool in the hostel. In the morning they serve breakfast - omelette bread and juice, breakfast time is between 8 and 11 but if you ask like us they can also serve at 6. You can send laundry at a very reasonable price. The service is great and very nice, you can ask for a towel free of charge.

Really nice hostel, super chill and beautiful space to chill, the beds are comfortable and each one has a fan. They’ve also got lots of free promotions such as free rum for happy our and a free can of flor de cańa seltzer (I’m guessing they have a promotion deal with the company) really enjoyed my stay here. It’s not super social but we came here after the jungle rave at treehouse and it was absolutely perfect for what we wanted. Highly recommend!

Consider WiFi non existent in this hostel. Rooms extremely hot, no air con. Pool is good though.

Terrible experience. Don’t stay here. No hot water. No way to turn off or control the ceiling fan. I could not sleep bc there was loud music until very late. I have had to find accommodations elsewhere and they refuse to fully refund my money for the rest of my stay, even though I’m leaving.

The prices were good, and the employees to, but we were rove in a few items, and I saw e person about 2am going inside the room across with a flashlight and i confront him in the morning but nothing happens

Nice place, clean. Happy hour with free cocktail. I didn't feel any alcohol, but it was good.

We arrived in the evening and booked a private room, however the air-con in the room was not working. It was humid and very warm in the room, there were no windows. I had to ask several times for the guy at the reception to check however he was busy playing video games on his phone. He tried to convince us that the air-con was working (it was only blasting warm air). After one hour he finally accepted that it was not going to work. He didn't really care and after asking he offered us beds in a shared doorm which we refused, the only other room available we would have had to pay extra. Before we even finished the conversation he was back on his phone playing video games. In the end we wasted almost two hours and the whole situation was handled very unprofessionally. We gladly found another hotel afterwards where the staff actually cares about the guests. Can't recommend.

A lovely pool with lots of sunlight. Big rooms with lots of people, but never felt cramped. Good facilities and very helpful staff. A cheap, but lovely place to stay in Granada.

The location and staff were fantastic. Getting shuttles, tours, or just extra help was easy, and breakfast was very good. The courtyard was beautiful, and it's only 1.5 blocks from the central park. The private room was on the spartan side, but it had AC so I have few complaints.

Beautiful boutique hotel with friendly service. Breakfast and coffee are served fresh every morning. We came for a night and stayed for a week. The AC in our room was nice and made our stay very comfortable.
