Delicious, peaceful breakfast with locally sourced veggies and eggs. I appreciate the trickling water feature and the cool breeze in the dining area. Just lovely!

Lovely environment. The early morning sun, along with the chirping of birds and a water fountain, make for a delightful breakfast. The service here was the best thus far for me in Latin America - truly exceptional. Would recommend 100%. 15% service charge is included (totally worth it), though note that the prices are very high. An Americano is 80 :)

My go to healthy food spot in Granada. Great layout for a relaxing eating experience and if you go early enough, you can view the hummingbirds in the garden. Food was fresh and service was great.

Great coffee place, several options for coffee lovers. Excelente ample location in a colonial style house in the center of Granada city. Very clean bathrooms. Fast service.

Nettes Café mit guten Essen! Ambiente könnte etwas besser sein - hat kurzfristig sehr stark nach Nagellack gerochen.

Such a beautiful hidden place! We ordered Azulillo Pintando switched goat cheese for avocado and tahini dressing instead of mustard vinaigrette and added extra Tofu. Very delicious but the portion too small for its price.

This place was really nice! The atmosphere and service was great and our server Antonio was lovely! The coffee even came with an extra apple cake and the fruit salad was really fresh. Plus the free WiFi was a great bonus :) -greetings from Austria!

Great place for breakfast in Granada! Their coffee was excellent, and I love the breakfast burrito! Customer service was amazing and very attentive. Ambience could use a little more garden as they are called a forest café, but I’m not complaining. I would highly recommend this place

Best laptop-friendly cafe to get some work done in Granada. Friendly staff, good wifi, sockets available next to the tables and great coffee.

Absolutely stunning converted colonial style mansion (like so many downtown), essentially on the corner of the main square in the center of town. Gorgeous decor, great cold juices and hot drinks and smoothies, and a cool shop for buying straight-from-farm herbs/spices/chocolate etc Also excellent service with a smile! I was able to practice my Spanish with a waiter and my German with one of the owners. A beautiful couple of hours!

For me, Gaia is the perfect place if you want to nourish your body and have a good atmosphere of the colonial Granada city. I highly recommend their coffee, burritos and turmeric shots. Antonio and the rest of the staff will make your visit as pleasant as possible!

Had such a brilliant experience here! The place itself is unbelievably beautiful, a lush green garden, plenty of seats inside with aircon or outside in the garden. My service was brilliant - as soon as I walked it I got smiles and they were jumping up to help me. The waiter I had was the friendliest waiter I’ve had - gave me a free turmeric shot, some iced water, and told me about the cafe origins and the produce they produce themselves. A brilliant experience!

Schön angelegtes Cafe zentral in Granada. Der Service war sehr freundlich und das Essen gut. Nur die Bowl könnte deutlich größer sein für den Preis! Menü auf dem Bild: ~20€

This was by far our favourite breakfast experience in Nicaragua, thus far. The food was absolutely spectacular and every little detail in the food was well thought of; wonderful balance for the entire meal. We have had a lot of amazing food here in this country, but I will have to say, above everything else, not only was the food just that much better, the service was impeccable - all of the staff. I highly recommend coming here. It is a must for a great breakfast spot! Don’t be afraid of the turmeric ginger shot if they offer it to you, as well. It was truly delicious. The atmosphere was already incredible with its natural beauty and art, then accentuated by lovely background music. It feels like a place that has thought thoroughly about the guest experience top to bottom. Thank you Gaia. You e done the best. Ate the Original Benny, Veggie scramble, kids pancakes, aeropress coffee, latte

Very delicious and high quality food and coffee! Great spot for working remote with a beautiful courtyard garden. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating as well. My favorite thing was the lentil lunch dish, amazing! Pricey for the area but well worth it.

This is hands down the best coffee I’ve had in a very long time. The food is exceptionally fresh and clean. The atmosphere is quiet, subdued, also clean. The staff are warm, relaxed, and knowledgeable. It’s bougie for sure, and well worth a visit.

Phenomenal, fresh, delicious and healthy food! We had the African peanut soup, the mixed green salad with all those wonderful greens (!!!), the hummus sandwich and grilled zucchini sandwich on the best homemade multi grain bread. The hibiscus ice tea was delicious, though a little sweeter than “not very much sugar, just a little...!” After lunch we had a cappuccino and ice coffee, both with their homemade coconut milk (!) and then...we met Jeffrey and talked for a long time about the farm that grows the coffee, turmeric, vanilla beans and cacao; and about what it’s like to live in Granada. We bought coffee beans, chocolate, cacao nibs and t-shirts to bring home as gifts. What a perfect spot for clean food and a great local business with a gracious owner and fabulous friendly staff! Thank you, Gaia!

Best coffee in Granada, we are quite picky when it comes to coffee, loved every cup in Gaiia. On top, they serve an amazingly delicious turmeric latte. Food is also very tasty 😋

Delicious, fresh, organic meals and fair-trade coffee. There is seating in the cafe or on the back garden patio. Very pleasant and peaceful. The menu has something for everyone. Entrees, soups, salads, breakfasts, smoothies, and superfood drinks. Coffee and desserts. Also organic greens and turmeric for purchase to take home.

Tasty food. Many options on the menu. A little pricey (especially if you're a local). Clean premises. Great service by staff. Good location, close to the main park.

Relaxing atmosphere. I had a turmeric & ginger shot ($3) by far the best shot I have taken. Very smooth. I had a papaya passion paradise smoothie ($5.50) & a frozen mochaccino ($3.75).

Nice peaceful cafe with a courtyard in the back. It would have been especially nice but a group decided to have a business meeting with a speaker at 8am.

Great menu, great service! I'm a digital nomad and I came here twice to work and eat lunch. Both times, the internet was great and it was quiet enough for me to sit on meetings/calls throughout the day. The staff was friendly and the food was great! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a chill place to enjoy food or work for the day.

  • 5/5 joël H. 1 year ago on Google
Really interesting place as they offer turmeric, ginger, lemon, banana and coffee from their own production! So you can really have a local experience. The smoothie with beetroot is amazingly delicious, the coffee really balanced and smooth. We had a great experience there! They could improve the atmosphere a little bit with some more plants and other gadgets.

😠 Nice meal ruined by scam on the bill. We ordered the fish ceviche (which is $8 USD) on the menu. Our waiter recommended the ceviche mixto (mixed fish and shrimp), although it was not menu. We agreed to switch to the mixto and had our meal. When the bill came there was an $18 USD charge on the bill f...
