My
biggest
regret
is
having
the
Satya
Clinic
as
my
BPJS
level
1
health
facility.
Firstly,
the
doctor
in
the
ultrasound
department
is
incompetent,
he
can't
even
measure
the
baby's
weight
in
the
womb,
and
is
very
stingy
in
giving
blood-boosting
drugs
or
whatever
drugs.
Both
clinics
are
unclear,
sometimes
open,
sometimes
closed.
Third,
it
was
very
difficult
to
get
a
referral
to
a
good
hospital,
I
was
even
advised
to
give
birth
at
a
community
health
center,
and
when
I
was
a
few
months
closer
to
giving
birth,
he
said
I
would
be
given
a
referral
so
that
it
could
be
used
as
a
guide.
If
I
give
birth,
I
have
to
use
that
referral,
but
in
reality
the
referral
was
only
for
a
check-up.
.an
obstetrics.,
and
he
said
referrals
could
only
be
issued
once
in
3
months,
apparently
after
I
moved
the
health
facility
to
a
puskesmas
it
turned
out
that
referrals
could
be
issued
several
times
a
month,
because
my
child
was
sick
in
1
month,
there
were
2
referrals
taken
and
it
was
possible.
The
saddest
moment
in
my
life
was
when
my
husband
had
been
out
of
work
for
4
months
and
I
was
forced
to
give
birth
by
birth
without
being
covered
by
BPJS
just
because
a
referral
from
the
clinic
had
been
used
to
check
the
womb,
if
I
wanted
to
use
BPJS
they
said
I
had
to
give
birth
normally
because
of
the
baby's
heartbeat
and
condition.
Contractions
continued
to
occur
(there
was
progress
in
the
opening),
but
I
no
longer
had
the
energy
and
even
my
stomach
contents
had
all
come
out
due
to
vomiting,
my
mother's
house
didn't
want
me
to
sc
use
BPJS
because
there
was
no
reference
for
sc,
in
the
end
because
it
was
very
painful
and
didn't
work.
I
had
no
more
energy
(because
all
the
contents
of
my
stomach
had
come
out
due
to
vomiting
due
to
pain)
I
asked
for
SC
at
my
own
expense.
And
it
was
true
that
my
decision
to
have
an
SC
turned
out
to
be
that
my
amniotic
fluid
was
already
green.
If
I
had
persisted
in
giving
birth
free
of
charge
using
BPJS,
my
child
might
have
died.
I
was
very
disappointed
with
the
doctor
who
was
in
the
gynecology
examination
section,
the
female
doctor,
I
forgot
his
name,
he
said
I
was
given
a
referral
for
my
final
appointment
for
a
scan
later,
but
it
turned
out
the
referral
was
not
for
a
scan
but
for
a
gynecology
examination.
Thank
you,
because
the
doctor
was
stingy
in
giving
referrals.
In
the
end,
I
had
to
give
birth
while
crying
because
when
I
came
home
from
the
hospital,
my
husband
and
I
didn't
have
any
money,
even
for
food
we
were
confused
at
that
time.
But
God
is
good.
I
just
want
to
give
a
message,
doc,
we
as
women
should
not
be
too
calculating
and
stingy
in
helping,
especially
for
pregnant
women,
poor
thing,
please
make
it
easier
for
every
person
whose
health
facilities
are
at
the
Satya
clinic,
because
what
the
doctor
does
now
will
come
back
to
the
doctor
himself,
I
I
pray
that
the
doctor's
health
problems
are
not
as
difficult
as
mine
were
at
that
time.
Now
I
have
changed
my
health
facility
to
a
community
health
center
and
it
turns
out
the
service
is
much
better,
asking
for
a
referral
letter
is
not
difficult
and
in
a
month
I
have
asked
for
a
referral
letter
3
times
and
it
turns
out
I
can
issue
a
referral
letter
several
times
a
month,
and
when
it
comes
to
giving
me
medicine
they
never
stingy
