Very bad experience. Equipment doesn’t work and we waited 1 hours to get the drinks. At almost every song the waiter had to come fix the speakers. I don’t recommend it to anyone! Avoid this place

Looking for a place with criminally neglected facilities, outdated dysfunctional equipment, and dishonest, rude and incompetent staff? Look no further! It all started with the staff not honoring the original price, and demanding us we pay cash in a twisted ploy to fill their pockets at their employer’s expense. We spent more time troubleshooting the equipment than actually doing karaoke, waited FOREVER for our drinks to arrive and ended up having to bring them ourselves. Further attempts to squeeze more money out of us were made with impunity, and whenever there was a malfunction (every 5 minutes) the staff blamed us time and again for their shortcomings. Although there is seldom a remedy for utter incompetence, learning to apologize would be a huge step in the right direction. If only they put in the same effort in doing their job as they did to con us out of more money we would have certainly had an unforgettable night. Then again we did, but for all the wrong reasons. We all requested an incident report sheet (the law requires all bars and restaurants to have them printed and on hand for customers) and they were only able to fulfill 4 out of the 19 requests for them. Abysmal.

We booked three hours. They gave us the room late. The system broke down every 5 to 10min. Instead of apologizing or being kind they picked a fight with us. No point in coming here. Find another karaoke bar.

Shocked and horrified. Worst place to karaoke ever - do not come here. Service is horrible, the machines broke down at least 10 times, the light is neon bright and we got short changed on the time. Worst of all, the pre-agreed price was not respected.

One of the only private room Karaoke in Barcelona. However it’s nothing compared to some fancier private rooms in Japan or other countries. The sound is not always working well and the place looks quite old, but still nice to be able to have your own space.

Karaoke machines have tons of songs but they barely work. If you add too many songs they break, if you skip it stops completely. The staff is friendly. The space is a bit award with a public dance room a semi private karaoke area and just one private room. Fun place but if you are expecting something premium you won't find it here
