Disappointing stay. Not worth the money at all. Pretty far from Barcelona centre. Fire alarm goes off multiple times a day. Often problems with the hot water supply and no management to solve these problems. Noisy rooms. Loud music at nighttime. Cleaning is average. Be careful of extra charges, cause youโ€™ll be sure to get them taken of your deposit without any further communication. And a contract which is impossible to end without losing your deposit.

The place is fair, but currently, there are problems with the hot water, and they don't do anything (more than one month without hot water). Imagine paying 1100 euros and not having hot water in the 21st century. Without any compensation for the month's rent and any answer from the management team. Be ready to pay a lot and receive a lousy contract that you can't finish although they violate it. If you leave earlier your deposit of 1000 euros will be lost. Be happy. I love you <3

Pros: 1. the facility is located within a shopping center, with easy access to supermarkets and other establishments; 2. the building is new. Cons: 1. I found the room I was assigned upon arrival in a disgusting condition( there were even intimate garments behind the bed). I informed the staff right away with no reaction on their part; 2. the staff is not friendly or helpful ( especially during the lock-down); 3. the mall generates much noise; 4. the establishment is near a bad neighborhood, personal safety is a concern; 5. overpriced for such out of the way location; 6. patrons are constantly having parties and getting strongly intoxicated; 7. flaky and inconclusive assistance from the management ( I had asked to cancel my contract due to extraordinary circumstances during the lock-down. I was urged to provide proof that a pandemic had been formally declared). I was charged โ‚ฌ90 for damages that had been accounted for when I was not a guest anymore. Overall I had a negative experience. I cannot recommend the property unless it is for a brief stay and a more socially exciting experience is appealing.

Overpriced. The wifi signal didn't even cover my whole room and I was told to call the wifi company myself by the staff ๐Ÿ˜‚. The residence has been having problems with hot water for the last 3 months. When tenants asked for a discount because they are paying for hot water that's not provided they were ignored by the staff who deleted the official telegram group so they couldn't discuss these problems and organize anymore. Every payment I made to this residence added an extra charge because they are using a payment platform that rips you off every time you make a transaction (it added an extra of about 30-70โ‚ฌ each time I paid rent). I would strongly advise anyone to not stay here because I had a very bad experience, the staff cares about taking your money and nothing else.

+ - Fully equipped rooms with nice kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, microwave, sink all nice), private bathroom, wide bed, smart TV, AC, a lot of storage spaces -Weekly cleaning in the rooms - Nice gym with all necessary equipment (mats and water tap included) - Amazing terraces with panoramic views and chill area - Medium sized rooftop POOL - Sauna - Study areas (library) & Entertainment (private cinema, table football, tennis, private event kitchens) - Washing & drying machines at fair prices - Vending machines & printing services - Shopping mall just 1 minute away, all popular cafes & shops always next to you - Good transport connection UPDATE: TERRACES ARE CLOSED AGAIN WHEN ITS 30 DEGREES OUTSIDE ___ - NO HOT WATER SUPPLY FOR 1 MONTH!!!!!!!!! 300 PEOPLE HAVE TO SHOWER WITH ICE WATER..The administration did not intent to fix the problem straight away until the water system was broken completely. - Maintenance takes weeks or months to fix any faults. - POOR management at all levels. No issue can be solved face-to-face until residents send emails to the head of the residence (which takes a while) & reviewed by the team. Difficult to get into contact with the administration as ALL Whats app or Telegram chats are ignored. - Currently no access to ANY terraces due to the glass fencing been broken. Again, maintenance is trying to solve the issue for 2 weeks keeping the terraces, rooftop and pool CLOSED - Located in a dangerous district

I have never left a bad review online ever, but somehow Livensa (diagonal) managed to achieve it๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป. If you are a student and looking for a residence in Barcelona, which is not only not able to provide basic services for their tenants (no hot water for around 2 months) but also flood them at 4am, this is a PERFECT option for you ๐Ÿค๐Ÿค๐Ÿค

The building is falling apart, the customer service itโ€™s the worst, they charge extra for anything, even when itโ€™s their fault. I wouldnโ€™t recommend this residence.

If I could give the staff and this place more than five stars, I would! I've been living here going on two months now, and the place is everything that I wanted. Before I moved in, I wanted a comfortable place that allowed me to mix and mingle with people. The residents at Livensa are friendly, helpful, and very social. There are people from all over the world here. It's like a huge melting pot of cultures that combine to form this one, common space where people welcome you with open arms irrespective of where you're from. The staff here are the best - very warm, welcoming, and most importantly, personable. If I have an issue, I can talk to anyone - Stephie, Dany, Annie, and Valerie are the best. I would definitely recommend Livensa Living to any student looking for a place to stay in Barcelona - simply the best!

Excellent place, with modern and completely new facilities, 24 hour security service, perfect air conditioning and heating, smart tv, and so much more than what you need as a student, they also have a whole personal who takes care of the room cleaning once per week and the room facilities in case they get damage within 24 hours. It also has common areas such as gym, sauna, library, swimming pool all in perfect conditions. Not to mention that the place is just above a shopping center with all the stores you need, ATM, coffee shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, Zara, Mango, electronic store... I lived for a whole year in there while I was doing my first year of masters, and met many people from different places, I had an amazing time, the staff was always efficient and kind to me, ready to help me every time I had any doubt or needed to sort something out. I really searched a lot before coming to barcelona, but there is no place like livensa. It definitely worth the money. Thank you for everything!!!

Nice staff but this residence has some glaring issues. My double room had inefficient bathroom, as the showers water would constantly leak. Cleaning ladies were really nice but sometimes are subpar. For example when I first moved into my room it was not cleaned at all. Overall solid looking residence on the outskirts of Barcelona. Has really good tram conection, while metro is positioned 10-20 minutes of walking away.
