We went to visit this infrastructure taking advantage of the Open House Barcelona event last October 22. The truth is that I had no idea what it was and what it had been built for. The building dates from 1985 and was used to connect c/ Lisboa with the Rambla del Carmel, but it fell into disuse and finally the elevator and some stairs were put into operation. Currently it serves as a warehouse The town hall, however, is very neglected and could perhaps be used differently, such as a barter market or some other activity for the people of the neighborhood.
