    Manel és un gran professional com a entrenador, sobretot perquè sap conectar amb tu, es preocupa per buscar exercicis que t’agradin i adaptats a la teva condició física, i en el seu conjunt fa que sigui una experiència molt agradable. El recomano sense cap mena de dubte.

    Des de fa 6 anys faig entrenament amb el Manel, divendres al matí a l'aire lliure, estic molt contenta de haver-lo conegut, ja q per mi es molt important tindre una regularitat i espero duri molts i molts anys més. El Manel es molt actiu, positiu, alegre, Organitzat, flexible, i bon entrenador, sempre està aprenent per transmetre-ho als seus alumnes/clients. Tinc una edat que és molt important fer exercici ja que ens em de cuidar i que millor q posar-te en forma. El Manel ens ajuda a ser feliços, l'exercici ens dona vitalitat i energia.

    He estado dos años teniendo a Manel como entrenador y mi experiencia ha sido fabulosa. Ejercicios adaptados a mi situación física y objetivos, serio y puntual. No es un entrenador al que guste forzar por forzar, siempre exige en base a tus límites y las sesiones son muy agradables. Lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas.

    Working with Manel was nothing short of a pleasure, I had the opportunity to work with other personal trainers but Manel is something else. The way he interviews you, aligning with what you want to do and most importantly HOW you want you do it (indoor / outdoor / preference on places to train) is just amazing. Thank you Manel for all the effort you put in my training!

    Manel is a great trainer. Very motivating, with personalised programmes tailored to your exact needs, and always a cheerful presence. I really enjoyed my sessions with him when I was living in the Barcelona area and would recommend him to anyone in Barcelona or Sant Cugat!

    Very top! The first two sessions were a contact session where Manel analyzed our physical condition and then defined an action plan. Starting from the following sessions, the intensity has been adapted depending on our evolution. I have to say that with the 8 sessions we have had, the improvement is very clear. We must highlight his punctuality, the preparation of the sessions and the material he brings, as well as the technical and physical knowledge he has. A 10!

    Totally recommended!!!! I started training with it 5 weeks ago and I already notice results, such as feeling more strength in my legs when I practice other sports. The training sessions are very well thought out and focused on achieving the objectives and it shows.     El Manel has helped me complete one of the most demanding mountain marathons out there, the Transvulcania (island of Palma, 48km, 3,000m elevation gain). Very good training planning, variety of strength training routines and weekly feedback adapting workouts to the family and work situations I encountered.     My experience with Manel has been very positive! In my case, after a period of little sporting activity, it helped me regain my physical fitness and encouraged me to continue practicing sports.     Without doubt an amazing PT, very adaptable, extremely motivational and results-orientated. Great fun guy, he will literally get the best out of you and more!!
