I
recently
had
a
very
disappointing
experience
with
Jack
in
the
Box,
marking
the
second
time
they've
failed
to
get
my
order
right.
On
both
occasions,
they
forgot
to
include
one
of
the
hashbrowns
I
ordered.
This
mistake
might
seem
small,
but
it's
the
repeated
nature
of
the
error
that's
really
frustrating.
To
make
matters
worse,
trying
to
reach
out
to
them
was
futile
as
they
never
answered
their
phone.
I'm
extremely
upset
by
this
lack
of
attention
to
detail
and
customer
service.
It's
not
just
about
the
missing
hashbrown,
but
also
about
the
principle
of
getting
what
you
pay
for
and
being
heard
as
a
customer.
This
experience
has
left
a
very
sour
taste
in
my
mouth,
and
I've
decided
to
never
visit
this
particular
Jack
in
the
Box
again.
I
hope
they
seriously
address
these
issues.
It's
a
harsh
thing
to
say,
but
in
my
frustration,
I
feel
like
they
deserve
some
kind
of
retribution
for
their
repeated
mistakes
and
poor
customer
service
–
at
least
until
they
manage
to
get
an
order
as
simple
as
mine
right.
