Monza is my favorite city in Italy , so what I'm gonna say about Arengario is based on that fact. I'v been into it twice and to say the truth the place is not big yet was nice and well prepared for the museum. The usually present an exhibition of different kind of art so the you may find a variety of things. Once again I'm in love with the city so my opinions are based on it.

A beautiful old building in a lively and peaceful neighborhood. I visited it during new year decoration and it was great!

The Arengario was built in the 13th century and is named after its original function as town hall. The building has a portico surmounted by an upper floor that was used for councils. The architecture was inspired by the Palazzo della Ragione of Milan.

The most interesting building in Monza. Consider how strange it is for an Italian city not to have a church at its center. (The Duomo church is a bit hidden out)

It’s location is nice, close to the train station and in the vicinity of the duomo and other attractions in the center.

We visited a small exhibition of the photographer Steve McCurry. A nice selection of photographs displaying the theme of reading all around the world. A quick stop downtown Monza for about 45 minutes to see one the most famous and notable photo journalist of the last 30 years.
