We had allot of fun in Acquaworld. Kids didn't want to leave. My advise Id to buy ticket 1 day in advance as it is cost you less

We drove 120 km and planned a fun day in Aqua World. The ladies at the reception were very kind but once we entered, the place was very crowded, no place to sit and put the towels (which we had to buy as there are no towels for rent). The relaxation area was very nice but it’s for adults only. We left after 1.5 hours even that we paid and planned to stay for the entire day. Disappointing.

So much fun for whole family tho food is so expensive 3x higher than original price and the catch is you cannot bring food leaving you with no choice. But overall very nice and clean,staff are very attentive to there job.

Nice place, clean, well kept; good prices for entrance, too expensive extras (photos - low quality, 7 euro each); outside pool with hot water in December was awsome.

beautiful pool but horrible service, do not go there in the summer, overcrowded pools with hardly warm water!

Ordering and waiting for the food tooked an eternity. Swiming in the other hand was fun and boring at the same time because the 2 things that were fun to do were going to the slides and staying in the waves

The place is good, I liked it. The spa department is also not bad. The only caveat is the food.

All they care about is money. They never give you the complete information. We bought a family ticket and went a day before the date on the ticket, they said we can't get in but we can come any day within 6 months and we will get in. We had to buy a family ticket for that first day we went for about €100. For the online ticket that we bought, we went 2 days after our ticket date, they said sorry, you must pay for the difference on your ticket and today's ticket price. Two of the parks were closed for some reason during the two days of our visit with no information online nor was anyone notified at the ticket desk and it did not affect the ticket price. They care not about the customer, only their profit. I wouldn't recommend.

Amazing place. Lots of slides, great for both small kids and older. And best part is that there is a genuine adult department “spa” with great spaces incl steam bath sauna, jacuzzi etc etc. nice staff and not busy in weekdays.

It was amazing experience. Inside pool. Many lot of slides. They also a kids pool. It’s perfect for winter days. Staffs were quiet nice. They also have a food court if you get hungry.

Sooo much relaxing, fun, nice and clean. The only negative parts were food that there were not so much variety and also there was long queue fir each game and also for tubes.

This is absolutely one of the coolest waterparks I’ve been so far, ever! The pro factor about this place is that you can go here even by winter (because… have you heard of a covered waterpark?) The price is convenient, food is great, slides are safe and nice… The main problem: It is always full packed, crammed by people that can be found everywhere. Also, it is a bit far from train stations and bus stops. Well, we went there by car, but we had difficulties reaching the park. Imagine how it would have been for commuters! But, still, these flaws don’t make this place a nightmare. Actually, once you stepped in, you would never want to go back home again… because it is ineffably wonderful!

Kids weren’t satisfied, most of the time standing in the queue for slides. Not allowed to bring in your food.

The piace is beautiful but sadly is poorly organised: they allow too many people at one time and... you can't reserve a spot! Most of the times I went here I wasn't able to enter the pool area because of the quantity of people. Plus all the staff looks clearly bothered by people's presence: guys, we PAY your salary with our money, so be respectful! So sad because, if managed by someone else, this place could be so good.

Too many people you couldnt move. Cold water in every pool.

I was visiting the area with my 33 year old autistic son and we decided it would be nice to go for a swim. We speak no Italian (only English) and I was hoping that I would be able to qualify for a disability ticket for my son. The staff on the reception desk were exceptionally helpful and extremely friendly. My son and I enjoyed a lovely afternoon in the well maintained and very clean facilities. We would highly recommend them.

It is a fun place to go with your family. the slides are really fun also don't forget to check out the outdoor area. There's one big downside when you want to change clothes on a busy day you will have to wait for a dressroom because there is only a limited amount of them.

Great fun for children an relaxing/spa area for parents...heaven!

Good place for family especailly if you have kids. There's various water slide for little kids to adult. There were lot of people when i visited there but i didnt need to wait long for the water slide. However you will not have lot of option for food. It maybe better to bring your own food.

Excellent Park. Family friendly with a very decent food court with options for everyone. Pools are nice, water is clean, waves are fun and rides are fantastic and can accommodate every level of fearlessness. Great for an all-day family fun, with spas for the parents that need a break ;)

Amazing waterpark, a bit pricey but worth every penny. Ideal if you have children since the place is very child friendly with lots of areas designated for then. Food was good too.a place was very clean and lots of Life guards around. One issue I would mention is the slides need better ventilation since going down the chlorine smell hurts your eyes and throat.

I had an amazing time there.it is really cool for spending time with your friends there.
