    A brand new Holiday Inn Express, the area not so much. What gives this hotel a 5-star rating is the customer service. The staff are all very attentive and always smiling. They had to move us twice because of maintenance issues. We saw a young men running down the hallways the first night. Then the next day helping out the cleanings ladies. We saw him again at night teaching the front desk employees, we wonder who is this guy? does he ever go home? We found out on check-out day that he is the hotel manager, wow! what a commitment to his staff and the hotel. Some of today CEOs should learn from this young men. leadership, is done leading and doing the work yourself not by mandating people to do something that they never done themselves. We will be visiting this hotel again in the future.

    Brand new hotel, smells like a brand new house! Extremely clean rooms, lobby, parking lot. Staff was very helpful and kind. 15 mins from Disney and a ton of places to eat in the area.

    Hotel is new and front desk in the morning informed me they opened on the 28th of June. The staff is friendly and did their best to help me and my family with accommodations. Canโ€™t wait to see how the hotel grows for my future visits to Disney with my family and friends.

    I am a IHG card holder and usually have wonderful experience at Holiday Inn. This location was pretty new, and everything was clean including the gym and breakfast area, very small pool, no jacuzzi. I made a mistake in booking king bed instead of two queen and asked if two queen was available. The front desk lady told me there is nothing she can do and I needed to call IHG so I called and the person on the phone said if there is a room, the front desk can put me in that room. I still got a king bed with roll out bed with no linen for the roll out bed. I asked for sheets and blanket and I got one sheet to cover the bare mattress and one very thin blanket that looked like a duvet cover. Had to go downstairs to pick up one more sheet+one more blanket. Upon check in, she told me to choose from water or points instead of snack, I asked if snack was available and she said it wasn't available although I seem them right in front of my eyes. This was kind of an odd experience because she gave me such a hard time switching a room when I usually get an upgrade with platinum status. There was nothing in the bathroom (cup, make up remover, etc) either. I still love IHG card experience and will stay at IHG hotels just not this one.

    This is the best hotel Iโ€™ve stayed in. I travel all over the US and Canada for work. Out of all the places Iโ€™ve stayed, this location stands out. Immaculately clean. Stacked with amenities and a top notch staff as welcoming as they are attentive. Thanks William, Iโ€™ll be back.

    Newly build hotel. Front staff was so friendly. We booked a suite. It was good enough for 6 person. No issues with cleanliness. Breakfast has very limited options but that's expected. I find that service was slow, only one person was working.

    Our church youth group of about 50 people stayed here for three nights, and we couldnโ€™t have asked for a better experience. We arrived at 9:30am (5.5 hrs before check/in). William (manager) and his staff went out of their way to open up a space for us to store all of luggage. William and his staff also made a similar accommodation upon our departure since our flight did not leave until 6 PM. He also identified a place that we could park our bus on site. With such a large group of teens and pre-teens, there are always minor things that happen (lost room key, towel allocation, special requests, etc.), but Darlene and Lizbeth from the front desk were very accommodating, and very professional, on all levels. They set a high bar on what customer service should look like and a great example for others to follow. Most often we would go out to eat at night after the youth conference and arrive at the hotel pretty late. Maanav, who was working the front desk at night was also very helpful and understanding. He was calm and very professional as he handled any requests that we had. We will definitely stay here next year if we return to the youth conference.

    Rough start to this first time stay. During a phone reservation, certain fees were not transparent and when brought to the manager's attention, he took my comment as a threat. Sooo far from the truth. Contacted corporate as suggested. I was informed my concerns would be addressed to the manager, Mr. Guillermo (William) Paredes. As far as the rooms, despite some minor items showing need for repair, the accommodations were nice. Well lit. Breakfast oprions were adequate. Interactions with Israel (the concierge) was very kind and pleasant.
