I wish I could give a zero review for this Hollister retail store. Terrible customer service at all. Reject to refund the three items for me, she gave me the reason that because it's over 60 days return period. (It's just pass not even 100days she reject my case ) I just contact with Hollister offices website customer service, he told me as long as the items are re sellable , the retail store should accept my return requested. My items are still in the packed bag , not even took it out. Poor customer service, I won't shop any Hollister anymore. Yeah , it's very sarcastic that I am wearing Hollister to refund others and I got rejected.

Marianne was really nice to us. She handled us very well and always smilded. I will always come back to this location.

I lot of my friends used to go here so I decided to give it a try when I stopped by the Brea Mall last week. I liked what I saw! I didn't leave with anything but I definitely found a few things that I liked so I'm planning on coming back soon when I have some more money. Two people working there asked if I needed any help in the short time I was there which I consider great customer service.

I went in yesterday about 4:45 in the afternoon and was greeted and helped by Zoe. She helped me find the right cologne for me. She went to the back and brought out all the testers to figure out which one is the best for me. I picked SoCal, love it!!!! Zoe is absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! She's knowledgeable and friendly!!! Clean store, music is a bit loudand perfume smells pretty strong at entrance but still solid clothes
